Really didn’t enjoy the food here– did not like the side salad(didn’t taste like fresh produce) and the cheesecake was not worth it.

If you want a good variety for the family, this place has it. If you’re wanting authentic Cajun, you probably could find other places in town. Their options aren’t terrible, but you can tell it’s definitely Americanized a bit. I tried the crawfish ravioli, and it was REALLY salty. But overall, the place isn’t bad. Think of it as a Cajun Cheesecake Factory. Take that how you want.

Just walked in at 1115pm on a Friday night and manager told us they’re closed. Hours on the door says they close at midnight. Shame.

My husband and I decided to have a nice dinner somewhere we haven’t tried before. This place seemed like it would be perfect. The wait was 25 min so we were hopeful that it was worth it. As we were being seated we were walked past some very nice romantic looking empty tables but we’re led to the back of the restaurant to to most unromantic table ever. The table was near a exit and it was so cold I couldn’t stop shaking. All the seats around us were only partialy cleaned. The waitress was too attentive.(taking our order before we were seated) She would ask us every few minutes if we needed anything. It was hard to have a conversation with her butting in so often. A few minutes after we ordered she came to inform me I had to pick something else because they were out of the meal I had ordered. I chose something else quickly as she was waiting. The food took about 45 min to arrive. The waitress made a point of telling my husband that she did make sure she checked for shrimp before she brought his plate and that it was underneath the noodles. I only ate maybe 3 bites of my food because it wasn’t that good and my husband found about 5 shrimp in his meal. We paid for our meal and left extremely dissapionted. We will not try this place again.

This is basically a Cheesecake Factory knock off, but the differences are so apparent. The food is salty and overcooked and the cheesecake absolutely does not measure up. With prices rivaling the real thing, I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I am completely disappointed with the lunch portion sizes of the meals on the menu. I ordered the shrimp/crab/avocado salad which ended up being a side salad with crab and a few boiled shrimp on top. The salad dressing was delicious and was the only thing that made the salad worth it.

Weeeell… this is absolutely nothing like New Orleans. I walked in and there was no one there to greet me or show me to my seat. I look at the bar and it was completely empty. After about 5 minutes of waiting I see a worker(not a waiter) and ask if they were open or if I was too early(2:08pm). The worker says that they are open. I ask if I could sit at the bar and was told yes. 10 minutes later a very nice waitress shows up to take my order. I order a martini and a Firecracker Shrimp wrap… 5 minutes later I’m told that they don’t have anymore«firecracker shrimp»…ok…so I look at the menu and order something else(i forgot what it was exactly)…I’m told a few minutes later that they don’t have that either… ok…so I end up ordering the Thai Shrimp wrap… they had that!!! That was the most disgusting thing I’ve had in quite some time. It tasted like someone had poured salt and granulated sugar all over the inside of the wrap… everytime I took a bite it I could hear myself biting into the granuals. The waitress told me it must have been the sauce… Whoever made the sauce never tasted it… it was gross… I just asked for my check and left. Copeland’s should look into this fast before this location ruins the brand name… omg!!!

Excellent food!!! The staff could use some attention to the customer training though. Lasagna was awesome and the Jambalaya pasta was tasty. We had dessert first, pumpkin cheesecake was excellent. Worth the small wait time and the staff.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. We were seated promptly just after 11AM and our waitress was great, attentive. We got our food pretty swiftly, also. We have been here many times and never had an issue. Food is fresh and extremely flavorful. I love the eggplant Napoleon and the creamy seafood sauce. Got crab cakes as an entrée today and they were great! We tried the tiny cheesecake trio and it was perfect for two to split and get a nice taste of 3 different flavors. We have never had a bad experience. My husband is an incredibly fussy eater and he enjoys this place! That’s saying a lot!

The one and only thing I want on the menu. they are out of. French onion soup. Onions broth and cheese. And your telling me you can’t whip that up in the kitchen. So I’m sitting here with my family while they eat and nothing for me. What a great vacation. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Nice restaurant that was a cool retreat from the summer heat. Ordered the California wraps. Two can share one dish thanks to them being stuffed. Unfortunately mine was supposed to be with fried chicken and avocado. All it really was a ranch salad with chicken, wrapped in two wraps. I’m not sure why you’d need a double layer of wraps. Our server was kind and attentive to us.

This is place has a great atmosphere! You can celebrate a big dinner party or enjoy a quite dinner for two. I love there drinks, crash n burn is my favorite. The appetizer carb roll was yummy. My favorite entrée is the Cajun fried chicken. It’s Popeyes«nawlin style recipe.

Quite possibly the worst representation of creole/Cajun food in the entire state of Louisiana! If Applebee’s came up with a concept restaurant for Louisiana… this would be it! Tiny shrimp, horrible presentation and flavorless… The hostess was a complete moron… the chairs at our table looked like they were used in a bar fight and the bathroom smelled like two hobos lived in there with a ferrel cat or 9… I highly suggest you never darken the door of this restaurant. Taco Bell is more consistent and clean!

Nice environment, clean and contemporary. Had fresh fish with crabmeat for dinner. Overall good, but a tad salty. Extremely slow service. Funny: it is a cheesecake restaurant and it took roughly 30 minutes to get the sampler cheesecake dish we ordered.

The hostess was the absolute worst! She was rude and not at all interested in doing her job. Once you get past her though the restaurant is pretty good. The server was super fun and nice. We came in for dessert and were definitely pleased.

Thank you for the crash and burn, never disappoints. Staff are friendly, waitress very attentive. Food is just… meh. Clearly over-costed, slightly under portioned and honestly not worth the asking price. Sucker for husbands bringing their wives and paying 8 $ for a slice of cheesecake, seriously, 8 $ per slice. Crawfish rolls 85% slaw, 2 crawfish. I ordered the crawfish mac n cheese. Sauce was entirely too runny/watery which made the food have zero flavor, Served with bread, I honestly left hungry. 75 $ bill for 2 people, nothing special. I really wish the boardwalk would rotate out restaurants. Cheesecake bistro is fine I suppose just not worth the price for the«experience»

Cheesecake Factory with a southern twist. Definitely leaves you wanting to take a nap afterwards, the food is heavy! But delicious. Brings you back to the old adage about how enough butter can make anything amazing. Try the pumpkin pecan cheesecake… Incredible…

This place is usually a hit or miss but last night’s experience was great. The waitress was very attentive and our food was cooked perfectly. If you love Italian food, try the Lasagna Bolagnase. It was delicious!
