IHOP Restaurant

The food is the same as you would expect from any other iHop. I’m reviewing more on the service. My server this morning was Sandy. She was friendly acknowledged us and took care of us. I was impressed when I noticed that when she took people’s orders including ours, she didn’t write anything down! And she got all our orders correct! The staff here help each other out which helps expedite everything. For something quick and affordable this place is always a go to for breakfast. But the staff at this iHop are very friendly and so welcoming and always smiling! It’s hard to find this type of friendliness at iHops now a days. Good job staff! Keep up the great work!

Don’t come around 830, even if there’s no wait! All you hear is constant swearing from the people working here. They don’t ever think that we can hear all the BS they are saying about people at the tables. Only 4 tables taken and we waited an hour! None of the servers were polite or even spoke with proper grammar. I was embarrassed for the night manager that looked lost.

Decided to get a bite to eat on our way back to Dallas. We had a very friendly & beautiful waitress. She took our order and was very attentive. When she brought our food out were she accidentally spilled my drink all over me & my food. She apologized and gave me a hug. She felt so bad and quickly cleaned up the mess and placed another order for my breakfast omelet. My husband & I assured her that everything was okay and mistakes happen. We finished and enjoyed our meal. When the check came out to pay we were very pleased that the waitress had comped my omelet that she had to replace. The customer service was Awesome!

Service was great! Stacy took great care of us! Cook tonight was very good. It was split decision night and Stacy added the chocolate to the pancakes! Great date night with My daughter! Will be coming back soon!

Service is ok, I say the waitress was too friendly, but I just want to eat in silence with a little conversation, some of the silverware looked kind of grimy. When I got my straw the paper was wet. Not sure why. But after all of that the food was tremendous the pancakes were crispy, the bacon wasn’t fatty, and the eggs, ohh the eggs, were so perfectly cooked that I wanted to break down and cry!!!

We visited Sat Jan 19^th at 10:30. The ham was old. The eggs were not cooked right, but the worst part was when I went to the women’s restrooms. They were not clean & the smell from the kitchen area as you walked back to the restrooms smelled like I can’t even say. The dirtiness were they prepare your drinks was disgusting. The carpet & walls were gross. I will never go back in there. They need some major over haul & remodeling or something. If the bathrooms & floors are that bad you know someone isn’t washing there hands before they cook your food. YUCK!!!

If I could give a negative review I would! My wife and I went to this ihop on Christmas night, and when we got there we were seated in a relatively fast nature. Our waitress came to our table, and seemed out of sorts as if she had been drinking or was doped up. After the waitress took our order, another family came in and sat behind us. We had waited about 30 minutes, and the family behind us had received their food. I asked the waitress where our food was, and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. About 10 minutes later she brings out half of our food (ice cold), and proceeds to tell us that the rest of our order is on the way. About 15 minutes (done eating first part of order) later the waitress comes out with the rest of our order. I told her that we didn’t want it, as we were already done with the other part, and I wanted it taken of my ticket. She then got an even worse attitude, and tells me that I have to take it. I told her that I didn’t and requested my ticket. Needless to say I ended up paying for the crapiest experience ever! Avoid this restaurant! It is horrible!

OMG! Me and my boyfriends omlette were not even fresh! There was another family that was across from us who’s food was also cold. Waitress was very inattentive. One waitress actually rolled her eyes at us when called to the table after a long wait. It sucks that the service is so bad, it’s right behind Pierre-​Bossier. Mall.

For an IHOP the food is good. Busy and had to wait. But the server was good and so was the food.

WILL NOT RETURN to this location… husband says he called ahead for order and still waited 10 minutes. Picked up his food and starting eating it… said it was overly greasy, cold and there was A HAIR in his stuffed french toast. UGH! I had to stop him from telling me more because I thought I was going to vomit. NEVER AGAIN!

Great food, at great prices, convenient location, right near the mall! The lines can get really long on weekends, but what can you expect of an IHOP?
