Very disappointed, steak was dry, salad dressing tasted straight out of bottle. Tea $ 3:50 and .75 each refill. Expensive for food qualiy. Waitress was wonderful. Waitress only reason for second star. Will not go back.

We’ve eaten here multiple times and always had a good experience. The staff is always friendly & have accommodated us multiple times in making food items that aren’t on their menu for our children. The worst thing I can say, is that there has been an occasion where they were a little slow, but otherwise, we’ve never had any of problems. We will continue to eat here!

Came back after last night. Last night they gave us some comp meals after our experience. Tonight was a 180 here.
Service was quicker, even with three birthday parties, food was good, and the overall experience was better.
The local management here seems to be making genuine efforts to better the experience.

Been here several times, its always just enough to make you want to come back. Service is good, food can be up or down but usually pretty consistent. Steak I ate most recently was cooked properly but very, very, tough.
My son of course likes the light up cups etc, just a solid place to come fill up.

Have tried this place three times. Food is not cooked and is served cold. Service is unusually slow. Avoid this place like the plague!

We have eaten there several times, mostly because options in Bossier are limited. I would rate it a notch above a Chili’s, a notch below Longhorn Steaks and several notches below Outback steaks.
The steaks are just okay, be aware they are cooked inconsistently and tend to be on the thin side. The staff is also inconsistent, we have had good service and then really slooow service. I like to see management have a presence in the dining room, but I haven’t seen a manager since the place opened last year, and I think it’s obvious in the presentation of the food and the service.
The name Cattle Co. fits– they sling grub at you and prod you out the gate.

Pretty good place, love the «Big Ass Fan». Steaks were not cooked to order.
Staff is friendly but like to move people through as expeditiously as possible. I have been there 3 times and each time the food is very good except the steaks. The ribeye is very thin which leads to being overcooked (Medium rare) should be pink in the middle.
