I had a pair of $ 300 heels that I killed the heel on after only one winter of use. The suede was all ripped up and you could see the nail on the bottom — awful! I couldn’t bear to throw them away because I splurged on them, so I figured it was worth a shot to try and fix them. I took them here on Thursday figuring they’d take at least a week to turn around. They had them ready for me the very next day for only $ 15! Blew my mind. They seriously look brand new. I don’t know how they did it, but I’ll go here for every pair of shoes that needs repairing from now on!

I had never been here before and went in yesterday because it is close to my office building. I brought 2 pairs of heels in to get fixed. One pair was a pair of ankle boots that had definitely seen better days. The one heel was completely worn away. Not only did they fix both shoes to look brand new, it was done the very next afternoon. $ 16 for the ankle boots and $ 14 for the heels. Awesome service and the men working were professional and VERY nice!
