Great selection and service. When I found Caswell Galleries I found the best.

Avoid at all costs! When I went in the staff was very helpful. But it was crazy expensive!!! And the guy told me it would take 1 week for them to frame my one photo. Well its been 5 weeks and they still have no idea of when it will be ready. At this point I think they lost my photo and just dont want to admit it. I mean 5 weeks!?! To frame one photo

I had two 8×10 wedding photos custom-​framed here a couple of months ago. I chose Caswell because there was a daily deal voucher for it (I believe through Google Offers) and it was on my way home from work!
I had no idea what I wanted to do with these photos and when my husband and I chose them, we weren’t thinking of them as a pair. The lady at Caswell was a great help in choosing mattes and frames that worked for both as well as tied them together as a pair. They came out beautifully! I really think she pulled down half the wall of frame samples for me. She was great.
I don’t know that I would have chosen Caswell if I hadn’t had the deal. It was good for $ 100 and I spent an additional $ 190! I mean, they’re my wedding photos and I would have splurged a bit, but the price seems steep and since I don’t have many things framed professionally, it’s hard for me to know what an average price for this would be.
That lady’s got an eye so I’d recommend taking something to Caswell if you need some guidance!
