I have used this service in the past with good results. But today I had scheduled them for 11am with the tenants moving in at 3pm. They were not there at noon and kept putting me off all day. I had the tenants wait til 4 and still no show by the company. The tenants and their parents were furious at moving into a dirty apt.. When I finally reached the cleaning service I was told that the cleaners had been sitting out there for an hour and no one was there. No wonder since it was the WRONG TOWN – correct address but wrong town! Very frustrating!

These guys do a great job of cleaning my building. Everything is much cleaner now that we hired Distinctive Janitorial Services. They have a landscaping division that takes care of my yard in the summer and the snow removal in the winter. They even clean the apartments between tenants for me.
I highly recommend them to any landlord.
