Domino’s Pizza

Seriously bummed out. Order from domino’s all the time. But today was probably my last. I placed an order at 11:30 p. m spoke to a manager at 1a. m and since the store is closed now i can no longer contact anyone.2a.m and i am currently dissapointed and starving. NOT OK.

Ordered a two sandwiches the person taking my order was so mad somehow he didn’t like the fact that I took my time to look at the menu (there was nobody behind me so.) phone was ringing he picked it up and hang up right away did not answer…:(finished my order and waited for about 10 to 15 minutes picked my order went home and found something totally different than what I ordered. Went back I found the same person did not appologize and took it as if it was my mistake… Did not offer me napkins or atleast a plastic bag… It was the worst experience I ever had… Will net go back there and will not recommend to anyone I know.

Every now and then you just have to order pizza. Easy online ordering. Ordered chicken nuggets and a medium Philly steak/​roasted red pepper pizza. Always delicious. Reasonably priced. The only thing is I sometimes find the food a bit overly salty. Delivery staff always courteous. Quick turn around time from ordering.

Called to change my order 5 minutes after I ordered my pizza, they claimed the driver left and couldn’t add an item. So, it takes 4 minutes to cook a large pizza now? Nice one Dominos! Staying with Papa Johns, Thanks!

Best service everrrrr! Fast! Excellent service! Quick, easy, online service, the pizza is always fresh, delicious, and out of this world ! Delivery is excellent, fast and accurate, i recommend it! Great job! First time on Line ordering and I’m satisfied with the results!

Stuck in an airport at 1:30am… with around 80 – 100 people (with lots of children) on delayed flights from other citites. Airport closed and we were kicked out of security. Unilocal said you were less than 5 miles away. I was going to buy 5 – 10 pizzas and help out. Instead, I got the run around told to call other Domino’s stores… none of which helped out.
Here’s a chance for a manager to step up and do something good. Instead we got the run around… not only do you get 1 star… you’ve lost my business permanently.

I’ve been coming here off an on now for about 2 years. I’ve never had bad service like this before.
I went inside and inquired about the special 7.99 deal they have on Mon-​Wed for large 3 topping pizzas and the guy gave me nothing but attitude. I was curious as to why but I figured maybe he was having a bad day or whatever so I just let it go. He told me it would be about 10 minutes before it was done so I left and went to the CVS next door for about 15 minutes (figured giving them an extra 5 minutes was adequate).
I came back and we made eye contact and he went about his business just doing some prep work or something for the place. Then one of the delivery guys comes in a good ten minutes later and he says to him «hey grab those two large pizzas and give it to the customer». I COULDN’T BELIEVE THEY’VE JUST BEEN SITTING THERE FOR THE TEN MINUTES I’VE BEEN INSIDE! I know they were sitting there for two reasons.
1. He was at the other side of the kitchen so I know he didn’t just box it, so when the guy came in. and he told him to give me the pizzas from across the room. I know they’ve been sitting there boxed.
2. When I went to the car, I opened it and it wasn’t hot but lukewarm which tells me they’ve been sitting inside the box for that amount of time.
I don’t know what the hell his problem was but I will never go to that location again. I hope his ass gets fired.

Since they started making pizzas with the new recipe this place is great. The peps are always super nice in there too. Dominos did a helluva turnaround.

Normally, I would not review a chain pizza location, but Eastie Domino’s is just special, at least for those of us who order online. Well, there is the order tracker that applies to all online orders. I just love watching my pizza on it’s virtual path to me.
According to the tracker, no matter what day or time you order, Charbel preps, cooks and quality checks your pizza. (No I do not really believe it is ALWAYS the same person and yes I know no one actually performs a quality check on my food and yes I know there is no Easter Bunny). And let me tell you, Charbel makes a mean pizza.

I mean, its Domino’s. theyre in East Boston, I’m in the Throp, delivery is about 10 mins, what else is there?
Consistent service and food, nuff said.
