0 for 2 on getting my last orders right(missing sauces one time, wrong toppings the next) and, even though I was polite when notifying them, the attitude was pretty much«we could care less». I like Dominos but this location clearly needs new management and staffing.

SCAMALERT! Nightmare! Half the time they never even deliver the pizza. There new thing is to «forget» your drinks when they deliver your pizza. The driver will tell you it’s in his car and he will be right back in a minute. But guess what he never comes back and you never get your money back from the drinks you never received.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff here is incomprehensibly rude. I ordered a pizza online which I never got but was still charged for. I attempted to call and inquire about my order several times to no avail. I was told«you only ordered a half hour ago hunny» and was then hung up on… okay«hunny» They should close their doors and go out of business for the good of the community.

I was a semi regular dominos customer in Waltham before I moved here. Once I got here, I had a free pizza earned so I ordered it in celebration of my move. The delivery driver was straight up rude. He called me from outside and told me he was there. I said ok could you please come to my door? And he said no, and asked me to come down. Excuse me? No, I ordered pizza delivery, get out of your car and walk up the stairs. It’s wicked easy, and I’m PAYING you to do it! I didn’t say all that of course. What I did say is I need you to bring it up… I have a toddler, I can’t drag him down there… I could see the driver roll his eyes from my upstairs window, I kid you not. He asked me to come down AGAIN before getting his butt up and coming to the door. The food was fine, it tastes just like it does at an other dominos. But the experience was awful. Thank god I live where there’s plenty of REAL pizza places now

If I could give them a zero, I would. I am so frustrated with this location. They have awful service, and management is even worse. We ordered pizza tonight and we never received anything after calling them 4 times in a matter of 3 hours! Just Ridiculous and I am honestly surprised that they are still open?! The manager expressed concern and assured us our pizza will be sent to us immediately, and yet nobody showed up. We didn’t bother calling a 5th time. They obviously do not care about the business. We ended up not having any dinner and these ppl didn’t even offer an apology. Very bad location!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I rarely order Dominos because it’s always a disaster. This is what they delivered to me — 70 pounds of cheese, open box covered in sauce and stone cold. I called to tell them and they said they’d remake and deliver. Obviously never happened. Never order from this location unless you want to flush $ 20 down the toilet and be left hungry at 8:30 pm.

DONOTORDERFROMTHISPLACE! You have been warned! I ordered a single pie plus a coke and an hour and a half has passed and nothing. Tracker says that the order was delivered yet here I sit still hungry. Promised delivery time was 30 – 40 minutes. I called to try to cancel and all it does is ring then go to a fax tone. It is bad service beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. At this point I’m going … Actually good news pizza just got here, wrong size, wrong pie style, cold, wrong coke type. You can’t make this up. Buyer beware.

They are slow and rude. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and asked where my pizzas were. Keep in mind I called on my cell, but the order was from the house phone. Without asking me which order was mine, he gave a token answer«it’s on its way». When I called him out asking how he knows which order mine is, he had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t need my attitude. No apology for the slow service. The pizzas came 10 minutes later(now an hour and 25 minutes after ordering). Surprise surprise… The pizza was cold.

I’ve been ordering pizzas from Domino’s for years because my son loves their pizza. This is the second time that I’ve made a big order and asked that the driver have change for a $ 100. bill. Well, they refused to do so. I have no patience for ignorance and lack of customer service satisfaction. I can’t believe that a business like this is just willing to turn away business because of something as stupid as not having or making change.

I actually didn’t get my pizza because the delivery driver claimed there was no place to park. There was snow removal going on, but just down the block was completely clear. I called him back to ask if he would come back and he said, yes. Then, I waited for 15minutes in 10degree weather for him, and he never came back. I called again, and he yelled at me. This was all after waiting 2hours for my pizza to even go out for delivery. I was totally willing to forgive the wait considering the weather and demand but waiting in the cold, being yelled at, and not getting my pizza pretty much pushed me to write this review. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza today and its been 4 hours and the pizza still has not arrived. I called after an hour, even though my quoted time was 30 minutes, I understand there is snow in Boston today, but even after 3 hours and multiple calls they told me my pizza was on its way. On call #4 they told me the pizza had been brought back to the store, with only the explanation the driver was new. I have ordered from this store before, so clearly they are capable of delivering to my apartment. Finally they are sending me another pizza, though that is already late as well, with no apology nor any discount. How this place has stayed in business operating like this is a mystery to me. I am livid right now.

Waited over an hour to get someone on the phone, finally decided to go in in person and noticed the phones were completely ignored. When asked he said«I’m the only person in here can’t you see.» Maybe if you weren’t so rude people could be empathetic, nobody is asking for their life to be saved just some food at the end of the day.

Terrible service. Called to cancel my order immediately after mistakenly ordering from there and the employee told me my order was cancelled and money would be returned within the next day. It’s been a week, I called them and they said I need to call corporate only for corporate to tell me it’s independently owned so that I have to contact the business owner myself. Horrible service and really stained my previously great view of Dominos pizza.

Well, let’s see. Last night, I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, stuffed cheesy bread with marinara sauce, and a 20 oz bottle of sprite. And in a timely manner, they delivered be a severely undercooked pizza(there were pieces of cheese that weren’t even melted), stuffed cheesy bread with no marinara sauce, and a bloody 2-liter of Coke. It also didn’t help that I found a clump of hair(or lint, or dust?) on one of the slices of pizza. Now, I figured this might be a mistake, as mistakes do occur. So today, I called and explained what had happened, and asked the man on the phone(who spoke broken and barely intelligible English) if they might be able to remake my order. I was surprised and delighted by the fact that he said yes. So here I am, an hour and a half later, no longer delighted. They close in a few minutes, and no one is answering the phone. When I called thirty minutes ago, I was told my order was on its way. I don’t think it’s coming. I don’t think I’m getting that remake.

Domino’s is a chain restaurant, so nobody should be expecting premium pizzas. That said, this location is STILL a bad location in my opinion. Their delivery is always timely when I order from here. The workers over the phone are horrible though. Their delivery drivers don’t understand boundaries. I had two different delivery drivers actually step into my apartment, not the lobby, but my personal door. That irks me beyond belief. I once saw one of their delivery drivers sit outside the apartment on their phone for five minutes before delivery my food… Although he was parked right under my window. There’s a lot of other locations around that will give you better pizza if you’re willing to spend just a few dollars more(iPizza & Grill), more variety and better service. Do yourself that favor.

I put in an order to be delivered to my location. I was located around the corner from the store. I tracked my order and was called to ask where my location was, because they did not know where I was located. I received a couple of calls from the driver, Cang, who was trying to find me. He was very rude and he did not try to communicate well with me. I tried to give him turn by turn directions while he was on the phone with me, instead he decided to hang up on me. When I called him back he said, while yelling, that he was not going to deliver to me because I was a new customer and he did not want to try to figure out where I was located. This is very poor customer service and I will not order anything from this location again, pick-up or delivery. I live in this area and I will make sure that none my family orders from this location ever again. Their customer service needs to improve.

The manager of this Domino’s is extremely kind. I work at a South Boston nonprofit, and he was extremely helpful and friendly after I approached him for a donation of pizzas. He made sure that I had all the information necessary to ask for a donation, and he made sure that our donation application was sent to corporate headquarters. The event was a success in large part to the generosity and kindness of the manager. Thank you for supporting the community!

Worst Domino’s location around. Person answering phone does not speak a word of English(like literally not a word, and screams) called after 90 minutes to ask where the food was, got the same person I couldn’t understand. Who then repeatedly hung up on me on purpose. Service so bad I contacted the corporate office. If they do deliver this I will immediately refuse it. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.
