Very friendly, quick, and affordable. It’s a popular spot for northeastern students since it’s right on campus and very convenient when you’re rushing to class. Line can be very long but it moves quickly and there’s plenty of space to study.

One of the better Dunks in Boston. Yes, there is always a long line. Today, the line was out of control. But, the manager was out asking people in line for their orders, writing them down, then making them before you got to the window. Customer service win!

Sorry Dunkin… I really want to love you but I just can’t :( I really don’t understand Boston’s obsession with Dunkin’ Donuts. Maybe I’m not getting the right stuff, but their coffee is mediocre, donuts are often stale, bagels are just whatever. I would rather eat McDonald’s if there was one around. That being said, I came here often because I had two classes in this building with only a 30 minute break in between, so I often had to eat like a bagel sandwich or whatever. Over the entire semester, I didn’t find anything that I could even swallow down because the food was just so nasty. Their cashiers are kind of rude as well and it’s obvious they’d rather be somewhere else(they treat you like it.) Sighhhh whatever. Now I know to plan my class locations better.

just had the worst experience at this Dunkin Donuts, which is really annoying because I work on campus. the cashier yelled at a customer for not paying attention because she couldn’t hear the guy yelling«HOTCHOCOLATE!!» This is ironic, because she got my order wrong. When I alerted her, she made it seem as if it was my fault. Then after she toasted my croissant, she threw it on the counter and asked the other staff member to give it to me. How bizarre

service is fine. food is fine. the problem is the way they have the line set up. people get in line, block the entire walkway for people going in and out of ruggles, and then get pissed when people walk through the line. please fix this now.

I have read the hilarious reviews on here and and I am disappointed to read that others experiences here have not been the same as mine. I have been coming here for 5 years and I like this place a lot. The girls and guys that work here have been nothing but super sweet, especially Maribel(?), the staff has changed with the years but the service for me has been the same. By the time I get to the front of the line my order is usually ready, most of the time order the same thing. Regardless, all the workers have always been super nice. I am not going to review what the food is like cause dd is what it is.

What kind of hold does Dunkin donuts have on this city anyway?! They are everywhere. And it’s not like they are any good. I mean, I hate Starbucks too but at least I can understand why people like it – decent lates and wireless access. I love donuts but I feel pretty awful after I’ve eaten a couple of Dunkin Donut’s tasteless dense white flour and sugar concoctions. Every once in a while, I crave donuts and I think, maybe Dunkin Donuts are better than I remember. I’m always wrong. Anyway, I just think it’s funny how ubiquitous this place is. Williamsburg VA has pancake houses, Portland and Seattle have coffee shops, Victoria BC has ice cream parlours… and Boston has Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere.

holy caffeine batgirl! i used to go here just few moons ago when i was in my grad program(don’t expect any alumni contribution btw nu *stop calling*) i think it was a warm march afternoon last year(not this year obv!) and i wanted some ice jolt here. i went up to the counter the cash and placed my order, medium ice coffee please… i saw the very typical dude getting a plastic cup with ice full and over flowing and running it under the ice coffee spigot to find nothing! THEN decided in his US news and world report top 100 wisdom, to take some hot coffee and use this as a suitable replacement. the ice naturally melted as it would above 32 °F, or in the case of typical d&d bean water of about 180 °F and all of that cool ice melted in about 1.5 seconds. he hands me something the shade of tea if you left the bag in and counted up to the # of this guys braincells. i decided to wait in line at the *$ @ the curry. fin

Here’s a snippit of my conversation with the cashier: Him: What kind of cream cheese would you like? Me Internally: Oh shit. I’ve scoured the facking menus and the kinds are not listed. I realize there a shit ton of grumpy kids behind me, but I’ll ask him this once and then I’ll know forever… Me Aloud: What kinds do you have? Him: Smoked Salmon, uh… Regular, Low Fat, Regular Veggie, Low Fat Veggie, uh Cinnamon, Smoked Sal– Me: Okay, I’ll take Cinnamon. Him: What? No we don’t have that. Me: But– you– Him: No, we don’t have that. Did I say that? Oh man… Me: Regular then Him: Oh man. Me: Oh man. Regular! Him: That’ll be $___. My iced tea was undrinkably sweet even though I asked for half the sweetener. I dumped most of it out and added water and I could sort of drink it. Usually they do everything in the typical DD fashion– a little abrasive and rushed, but the end product is alright. Just not today.
