9:30am on a Monday:
Big N Toasted, «sorry we dont have the bread», fine i guess ill have the english muffin, find out later that they dont have the egg so i have to get the normal eggsandwich egg. im literally eating a bacon egg sandwich for a B’N“T price. Thanks!
To add to that i ordered the new turkey sausage sandwich for the first time. only to get a veggie eggwhite sandwich on flatbread WITHOUT any kind of turkey sausage patty. And the cashier had the nerve to tell me that my sandwich was correct while showed him the inside.
this place is a JOKE. always out of stock, miserable employees, managers who are rarely seen. i think for now on im just going to pay more for QUALITY service and food at the Green T a block away.

I really dislike this dunkin’s the most out of the 3 within the vicinity oft home and work. I have came here several times based in convenience of here I was headed and each time I left there unhappy. I am generally a very easy going an easy to please person. But they are just glad out rude! And unfriendly! Cold and just miserable looking. Maybe they are having a bad day, but could that be possible every single time I go there?
If I can help it i really do avoid going to dunkin’s. Oh and the. Lines are outrageously long and does not appear to love along at all so of you are in a hurry it wouldn’t be the place for you.
The other part I dislike is that their tables are all wiggly and never clean. There are usually crumbs on the table and floors as well as coffee spillage.
Just disgusted.

I agree with Ro P’s comment that too many directions will likely result in a bombed order. The staff are pretty nice and the store is clean for the most part.

If you order 1 or 2 things you will be very satisfied. Any more than 2 and they’re likely to get your order wrong. Its happened regularly to me with larger orders. It’s not calorie controlled stuff… you’ll be getting fat but it’ll be worth it.

Butt hot yesterday, and I was craving for something cooling and refreshing.
Coffee coollata hit the spot… and what’s this? 99-​cents hash browns?
The hash browns were tasty – already seasoned with onion and pepper, no need for ketchup.
