Dunkin’ Donuts

First time trying iced coffee and whoever was working the register made me a very delicious drink I immediately forgot the name of and will spend all of eternity searching for again. I came from out of state to get my iced coffee and it didn’t disappoint! Prompt service and very helpful employees. If we had Dunkin’ in Seattle, it would be my coffee place of choice. (sorry, starbucks)

This place is really hit or miss. More miss than hit really. The «shift leader» is the only one worth getting in line for. Not only is she funny and personable, but she gets your order right. (I didn’t think bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel was complicated…)
Every other time I have gone my order has been screwed up or forgotten. They can’t even get you the right «free doughnut because we forgot your order, doughnut»
The ordering process is awful with no organization in front of or behind the counter. So unless you like mystery breakfast, stay away.

I’ve gotten coffee here before and the people have always been quick, accurate and nice. I haven’t had any problems with my orders and have had good coffee.
But I started my day still asleep. Have you ever gotten to work and wondered how you got there? Do you remember driving, taking the train, doing anything? But somehow you are sitting at your desk.
— I put two sugar packets into my travel mug
— Dropped the packets into the mug
— Reached down to pull them out and realized the cup still had tea in it from yesterday
— Washed the mug
— Start over
— Put two sugar packets into my travel mug
— Pour the coffee in
— Driving down the road I take a sip — NO creamer!!! UGHGHGH
— I’ve never been a «drink it black» kinda girl
— There are many like me and if there weren’t then there wouldn’t be such a long list of flavored options… Right?
— NEED creamer
— Nearing Dunkin Donuts I figure hey why not? I am willing to pay for it… I just want my creamer.
— It took a few tries for the guy behind the counter to figure out what I wanted because who would ask just for creamer???

— I offered to pay but I think because I still had that dazed «haven’t had my coffee» look he told me not to worry about it
— 5 Stars for service and getting me out of my daze!

I usually take Milky Way Hot chocolate from here. they don;t have much decoration inside but service is very fast and good.

So I had walked by here months and months ago and noticed, Federal Street Café. Hmmm I thought, this looks intriguing. So I walked up to it, and hiding in the shadows, a sign that says, Dunkin Donuts. WTF!!! False advertising dude! :grumble:
Whatev’ I tried it anyway. It’s one of the cleaner DD’s I’ve seen and the lines do go pretty fast in the morning. Instead of one gigantic line there are about 5 or 6 mini lines, so I just pick the shortest one and yell at people who think that standing in the middle of two lines is cool.
I’ve had a few different drinks here and I have to say they have been pretty consistent. And the people aren’t half retarded like some other employees of said DD’s.
While still café it isn’t, I have to say this is definitely one of the better DD’s in the city.
