This location has been closed for about 2 months and got remodeled, same rude staff that get mad cause they dont understand English. Been here a couple of times and they managed to screw it up again. I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese crossaints and when I got home I had 2 sesame bagels. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I will avoid this location at all costs! Never ever again!

Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Perfect for someone like me who has midnight boredom and wants something. They have been very nice to me. They are quick and speedy.

The one positive thing I can say about the coffee at this Dunks is that it’s consistent. Unfortunately, it’s consistently bad. It takes true talent to both make a coffee taste burnt AND watered down at the same time. HOW?! Maybe if their franchise owner allowed them to accept tips they’d be motivated to read the directions on the side of the ice coffee brewer. Until that day comes I will continue to walk 10 minutes to the T to take the T to DTX despite living 3 blocks away from here.

Not in this store too often especially now not living near the area, but this is our go-to Dunkin Donuts when visiting family in the area. They get orders right and that’s a big thing for me. Staff is friendly, never had a problem here. I really wish they had a drive thru through.

One early and cold Eastie morning, I ended up here, with stars in my eyes and a full heart. My second time in a Dunkin’ Donuts, in my whole life. But this time, in it’s home state. A luscious Boston Kreme and hot tea and simply powerful conversation floated above our paper cups. Secrets get told in a Dunkin’ Donuts, sometimes. Lines get long, and it’s a great place to people watch morning construction crews, students, families and the rest of hardworking Eastie. Prices are astoundingly easy on the pocket, service is fast, and quality is fair. I scored a collectors ceramic mug here for $ 5.99.

As Dunkin Donut experiences go, this is a nice place to go. Love going to Constitution Beach, drinking ice coffee and teasing the birds with what’s left of a bagel, and this place has lots of seating. Though the line can get long and slow.

I had the displeasure of coming here after a grueling morning in East Boston. But really, would we expect any time in Eastie to be non-grueling? I digress. The service was slow and shoddy, even though there were only 2 or 3 people actually placing orders. Also, I don’t know if this is a MA thing or a New England thing, but Boston and surrounding areas is the ONLY place I’ve ever experienced ordering something(say a bagel with cream cheese) and being given the cream cheese in a separate packet for me to put on said bagel myself. WTF? If I wanted to do that, I’d just use my toaster at home, people! If I’m paying you for a service, I sort of expect to get it.
