The last time I went here the owner had sold the place and the new owner seemed nice so I ordered with him again. I hadn’t heard about my contacts for weeks and I was running very low. I called to find out what was up with this order and nobody answered. I called every day for a week and left a message each time. Finally, the guy called back expaining he was on vacation but I had run out of contacts and was leaving for a vacation. I finally picked up my contacts (which I had prepaid for) over a month later and I have since found a place that will not make me wait over a month to get contacts.

I ordered my contacts a few times as an undergrad, and the previous owner has been AMAZING; however, the ownership changed as of July 2013. I went here to order new contacts two weeks ago, and met the new owner. He seemed like a nice guy, i think Mike is his name, but I could be wrong.
Anyways, I ordered contacts– the SAME exact prescription and brand that I ordered last year. The new owner tried to sell the new contacts to me at $ 15 more PER BOX than I had bought them before. I was shocked.
After telling him that this was too much and explained that I could get a much better deal online, he lowered the price a little bit. Then he told me that he should receive the contacts in 3 days, and that he would give me a call when he had them.
ALSO– he told me that I had to pay in cash, so I had to walk to the ATM and back to get the cash. Seriously?
I never got that call. I had to call them several times to receive information about my order.
I FINALLY picked them up –two weeks after I ordered them– and the owner did not even apologize that he had not called. In addition, I ordered a 6month supply of contacts– but he did not have a bag to put the contacts in. He did not apologize for this either.
I will not be ordering contacts here ever again.
