DO NOT GO HERE! I have been overcharged TWICE. Today I went and the lady at the front desk told me it would cost $ 58 to mail a standard letter to England! Complete BS. The woman has charged me two very different amounts for the exact same shipment I have to make monthly for my job. Don’t go here unless you want to be ridiculously overcharged.

I only come here for professional use; I’ve never had to ship anything personal.
They’re efficient, pricey (compared to USPS), but they’re also open late and offer overnighting options (USPS doesn’t); and if you don’t want to walk to there, you can schedule a pick-​up online or by calling the customer service number located somewhere on a search engine.
They’re never really busy because they’re pretty hidden — located on the lobby floor, tucked into the right hand corner of 60 State Street.
FedEx-​wide annoyance: The information you have to give just always seems so absurd! I’m a receptionista, I don’t ever know what’s in the package or how much it’s worth. Who cares?!
