Rose in reception is completely disorganized. 26 days before my wedding I called to confirm my appointment when reception informed me my appointment time had been filled by the dentist himself and therefore I did not have an appointment. Rose literally said to me «I don’t know what to tell you» with such an attitude I am changing to a different dentist.

Let it be known, I am no fan of the dentist. Five years between Boston Dental (HATE THEM) and now brought me to Ficociello & Ficociello on a recommendation from close coworkers of mine. I have to admit, I was overwhelmingly surprised.
To me, other than complete proficiency in your profession, the most important thing about a dentist is the comfort factor. When you walk into Ficociello’s office, you are immediately at ease from the intimate brick interior and the subtle pulse of music from the radio. The receptionist is an older woman, whom I believe to be one of the Ficociello’s in the namesake. She is wonderful at calming jittery nerves (such as mine) and their service is swift and accurate.
Dr. Ficociello himself works efficiently and speaks to you — and not DOWN TO YOU — like I’ve had at other dentists (ahem, Boston Dental). He explains with care what work you need done and he doesn’t try to gouge you or your insurance for services. I felt right at home with Dr. Ficociello and hope those out there who need a dentist take me up on this recommendation. I repeatedly thank my coworker for this selection!
