I ordered boots from this company for Christmas. The boots I ordered were black. I received a camel color. The return policy is that customer has to pay for the return. That’s an extra $ 11.00 that the customer has to pay for an error on their part. Honestly, this is no way to treat your customer. I’ve emailed the store as I live in California. I will update if there are any changes. I’m happy to report that this company provided the return label which saved me money to return the shoes. My refund was provided in a timely manner. I appreciate a company that provides good service to their customers, for this reason I have given them 4 stars. Mistakes happen. They were out of the black pair so I asked for a refund. I’ve since purchased my boots from Nordstrom(another excellent) company. In the future I will consider shopping at Foot Paths because of their excellent customer service.

Such a great experience working with Steve from Foot Paths, both on line and on the phone. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for all of your foot wear needs. Chris Lipper

A decent shoe store with OK selection, just don’t make this your one-stop shop for shoes unless you know exactly what model you want. And even so, I would buy it online. The prices here are not cheap… even the sale shoes aren’t a good deal at all. HOWEVER, with that being said, the sales-people are friendly, the store is clean and neat, and it’s a cute store. Like I said, I’d head down the street to DSW, Aldo, Marshalls, TJ Max etc. ONTOP of going to Foot Paths! Also good for tourists if you are desperately needing name brand shoes and don’t want to sift through discount store options/lack knowledge of where they are.

There are so many shoe stores in downtown crossing. I must say I do like this one. I like their large selection of sneakers. I like the unpushy sales people. I like the layout of the store.
