Really excellent pulled pork sandwich. The meat was obviously cooked low and slow to optimal tenderness. Marinade/​rub was sweet and spicy just the way barbecue should be. Super-​messy, but that’s to be expected with pulled pork.
Prices are in-​line with other food trucks and service was very fast.
I’ll happily visit again, perhaps to try the Cubano.

I’ve had lunch from Heritage Truck a few times. It’s always been very tasty but not a large enough portion. I know it’s local, which I like, but the amount of food (especially for the price) is a big issue, especially since there are so many other trucks and restaurants nearby that offer a much better value.

The Heritage food truck is so many things in one, with fresh, farm-​to-​truck cuisine, flexible, engaged service, excellent value, as well as a fun factor of catering your event with a food truck. All of these things made for a memorable experience.
We were in the midst of planning our wedding, and we fell in love with a venue that didn’t provide a food service that matched our particular style. To us, the thought of having roast beef or chicken breast seemed too typical and not at all exciting. Then a friend recommended the Stock Pot Malden group, and we knew we were on to something special. We looked at the sample menus ahead of time, and came to him with some ideas. Essentially, there was a lot of customization available to fit your budget and tastes. David listened to our ideas, felt confident that he can successfully deliver the options he provided, and was honest when he felt other ideas wouldn’t be as logistically successful.
We eventually chose a menu that consisted of 5 appetizers and a buffet service of three different entrees (as well as sides), all of which reflected our love of world cultures. And sure enough, the food absolutely lived up to our standards and we had such a great meal — everything was fresh, well-​seasoned, and just really, really tasty. And, you might think we were too busy greeting everyone to pay attention to the food, but our guests confirmed that they thought the food was amazing as well. We also appreciated their attention to detail, like setting aside a tray of appetizers for us while we took pictures, away from the main cocktail reception area.
The guests also were amazed that such food could all come from a truck, but we really had no doubt, as David was so proud to show the equipment and its capabilities. And while the truck can be tucked away out of sight, we chose to highlight their presence and had them placed out front, which was a really cool feature to have at our wedding. In fact, we chose to further highlight that feature some more with having late night snacks served right from the truck.
Finally, even with having a number of servers to facilitate the food service, we paid the SAME price per head as we would have if we had gone with the venue’s food instead. That really made it a no-​brainer for us. Of course, there are many, many options you can choose from and the price will vary because of that — you could go cheaper or more expensive. But either way, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heritage food truck for your next event. It certainly was a highlight of our wedding.

Paid 9 and change for two small grilled fish tacos. Certainly not a big enough portion for lunch. The taco’s were tasty, but not anything that would bring me back. certainly not for the price. Staff was really nice

Waited 25 minutes and paid $ 10 for basically a grilled bratwurst on a hot dog bun with hardly anything on top and no sides. Branded as a «Heritage Sausage» it’s a terrible value has a mediocre taste and took them 25 minutes to make… Will not go back.

My favorite food truck in Boston! Amazing food that’s flavorful and fresh. You would probably pay twice the amount or more at a sit-​down restaurant for the same, high quality food. Great service too! Had the roasted chicken with cranberry chutney and potato salad and the fresh pea sprout salad. A must try!
