J & T Auto

This is, in fact, the worst auto shop in the city. I work for a dog walking company that *used* to have all its vans serviced here. Horrible. I remember bringing my van in to have the a/​c boosted. When I picked it up and drove it away, the AC did not work, and the van was smoking by the time I had driven to Southie, I had to have it towed. If you bring your car here and tell them the transmission is blown, they will change the trans oil and give it back to you. One of my co workers got went to drop off her van on a Friday and the mechanic had the gall to actually bitch at her for not waiting until Monday!
My company finally switched shops, and the new shop had a sign hanging in the office saying «we will not service cars worked on by J & T Auto». I asked the (much friendlier) guy at the office why, and his horror stories were even worse than mine. Oh yeah, they also don’t do inspections because they had their inspection license revoked.
