In the summer of 2008, I was a walk-​in client to First Choice Realty, and Frank was the agent available that day. He was immediately helpful and friendly and pulled up several apartment listings in the area where I was set on living. I was surprised by the first place we saw – the building in Coolidge Corner was super nice and so well-​maintained, but the one-​bedroom apartment was still in my price range.
But since I was new to the area, Frank brought me to several other places in the surrounding area so I could compare everything and really see what I would be paying for. Frank was really helpful and patient the whole weekend, especially since I asked to see the first apartment at least three more times to show it to my family and make sure I wanted it.
And even after I had rented it, Frank quickly contacted the management company to report repairs and a gas leak, which was immediately fixed. The whole process was smooth and painless, unlike my first apartment-​hunting experience in Boston a year earlier. I will definitely recommend Frank to my family and friends in the area!
