Staff is pretty unfriendly. And I’m sad they don’t do the breakfast all day thing.

This McDonald’s sometimes serves food, but by no means does the word «fast» apply to the process. And by sometimes, I mean whenever the mood strikes the staff. Drinks — of ALL kinds — you’ll get in about 30 seconds, but anything else and you risk missing your train. I’m not kidding. I waited for upwards of 10 minutes for a snack wrap, more than once.

This is the only McDonald’s that I’ve been to where the staff isn’t just rude, but act as if they’re obligated to treat the customer like crap. They also serve the worst prepared McDonlald’s food in metro Boston. I once bit into a chicken sandwich from here where the patty tasted like it was sitting out the night before. If your going to an event at the Garden, please skip this McDonalds; you’ll be glad you did.
