Michael’s Kairos Salon

I routinely go here to get my eyebrows done! One thing that I will say is, I don’t let anyone touch my brows besides Michael! If he’s busy, I either wait or return at another date. My friends have had other people do their brows and they haven’t always turned out great. Michael, himself is very welcoming and runs a great place. He’s very talented-​wish he wasn’t so busy at all the time! And for the work he does, his prices are just right!

This is the worst place to ever go for your hair service!!! The dirtest salon and the worst cusomer service! I wanted michael to color my hair blonde and cut it. Instead he was telling some other lady step by step and woukd check in. He made weight 1 hour! Then I was there for 6 hrs trying to make my hair blonde! He then cut my hair like shit. At one point in time all the workers went into the back room to celebrate someone birthday. My hair was extremely over processed and is damaged. Do not go here. Im suing them! I paid 160 $

It is the best place in MA to cut your hair. Since I found it I haven’t changed to other hair salon I recommend it 100% guaranteed. Thanks Michael

I’ve gone here generally because 1) I don’t like to travel far for a haircut/​wax 2) Other places are quite expensive for hair that grows within minutes. And so, with that, I’ll make sure to travel elsewhere.
Haircut:
The times I’ve cut my hair here, I’ve always left unsatisfied as they gave me a set price and didn’t cut enough or cut too much. I bring in pictures and try to be as specific as possible, but alas, no avail. I’ve seen their change in staff and it’s not going anywhere really. But seriously, $ 25 to trim the temple side of my already short haircut (ala Ellie Goulding)?! Come on now.
Waxing:
I go as a last minute resort, but you draw the line the amount of times you’ve gotten burned, had wax dropped in your hair, and sporting a scab on your lower eyebrow/​upper eyelid. I’ve had eyebrows barely touched up (something I could have done myself [if I had the time]) and eyebrows thinned out excessively. I miss the one good person who did them. And the hygiene where the waxing occurs is quite sketchy.
Overall:
Don’t skimp on your hair or waxing. Travel where you need to, and spend as much as you need to. There always better places out there.
