Puopolo Park

Convenient downtown location, on the water in the North End. They have several baseball fields, basketball courts, a playground and, best of all, 3 regulation size bocce courts! I haven’t experienced this place in the summer yet, but am told that any nice evening you can find a game or two of bocce being played by old Italian men from the neighborhood.
A great spot to get outside and be active in the city. There are benches, tables with chairs, a water fountain, and a city toilet (one of those green booths) right there on the corner.
