RIB Adventure Tours

Highly recommend this boat tour of the Boston Harbor to residents and tourists alike. Very fun, great way to explore the Boston Harbor Islands and get a little bit of history and thrill at the same time. More personal than other commercial tours like the Codzilla — only ~6 guests per tour.

Terrible customer service. We booked a foursome, then 2 of us could not make the date, so we called twice to try to change the date. Got a voice message saying their «mailbox was full» — both times, 2 weeks apart. Then we went to their website and sent messages via their «Contact Us» box. No response — they now say they never received the messages.
Can’t speak about the ride, because we never got to go and they will not issue new certificates, so $ 90 was wasted. Not nice people to deal with, I’d suggest you find another boat!
PS: The only real communication we had was to get a cellphone msg. from Capt. Todd the day of the proposed ride, teling us he was going to be late picking us up at the appointed dock. Funny how they can reach you for that, but not to hep you change your reservations.

My husband and I decided to do something different and take a ride on the RiB adventure tour boat… it was wonderful! «Captain Susan» was great… such a thrill seeker and she made our ride so exciting. It was also an added bonus to hear some interesting facts about Boston during the ride as well. Go for it!

Had such a GREAT time! Bought 2 double coupons on Living Social for dad’s day… took my husband and 2 17 yr. old sons and we had a blast. A little confusing making the reservations and didn’t get a confirmation e-​mail but once we hooked up it was bucket-​list worthy. If you love the ocean, high speeds and wave~jumping it feels safe, fun & exciting. Will probably go again and am hoping all my friends try it.

I got a deal on two tickets for this thrill ride harbor tour and wow was it awesome! We went last night and had a fabulous time. The weather was perfect, not too hot and not too cold. You get a little bit of time to get used to the boat while in the speed-​limit area while the captain points out information about Boston Harbor. Then when you start out fast its REALLY fast! we were holding on but it was so much fun. We made a bunch of stops and learned neat facts that I had no idea about before. The harbor islands have so much to do and see. Our Captain did a great job and even timed it on our way back that we stopped right as a huge jet was landing over our heads at the airport. A great thing to do in Boston. Highly recommend!
