Tried this truck today at the Food Truck Dead Zone(Hurley Building). Everything was excellent. I had the shaved beef«burger» which was sort of a bulgogi style Korean beef. It was sweet, salty and perfect. For sides, I had the Rice Cake Skewer which was sweet, spicy and just the right amount of sticky. I also had the Fish Balls which were tasty and had a great texture. Overall, 5⁄5 Would eat again.

Rice Burg is an amazing addition to the Boston Food Truck scene. They have plenty of options for all dietary restrictions and the food is absolutely amazing! The owners do a tremendous job recommending different options and answering any questions you may have! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I was a bit skeptical the first time I went up to the Rice Burg truck, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got my food. The owners are very friendly, took the time to explain their food to me. The chicken sandwich is solid, nice juicy fried chicken, I like mine spicy, sandwiched between two compressed rice patties. I absolutely adore the rice on skewers, I could eat that stuff for days; they’re covered in some sort of hoisin and hot chili paste, delicious. I prefer the shrimp balls over the beef ones.

Having just returned from a trip to Korea, Taiwan, and Japan, we found this place at the Marlborough, MA food truck fair in Aug 2015. It is a take off of Japan’s widespread chain MOS burger, which introduced the rice ‘bun’ all over Asia. The food is very tasty and my family appreciated the Korean bulgogi taste of their signature beef burger. Is it an Asian company?

Everything about this. Yup. Decided to explore my new office’s food truck options and stumbled upon this place. Oh my yum. Ended up getting the Crispy Chicken sando on the rice bun with spicy sauce. Took it back to the office lunch room and I think convinced everyone that their new lunch spot should be this spot. Vegan and meat options make this a good spot for meat and non-meaters alike. If rice buns aren’t your thing, there’s the standard bread bun. Go for the rice bun… you won’t be disappointed.

The vegan chicken sweet & sour rice bun burger is the best thing I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommended!

Have been eyeing this truck for awhile from its spot at Bolyston and Washington(Tues and Weds) and finally checked it today. So good! They have two vegetarian options which is great; Vegan Chicken and Shaved Mushroom. You have the choice of a regular bun or the rice bun, you would be crazy to get the regular bun, it is called Rice Burg after all! Also you have a choice of sauce sweet and sour or spicy(which they with customize to your liking). I went with the Vegan Chicken with medium spicy on the rice bun, and the fries with sea salt. The vegan chicken patty was good, a fried patty slightly better than Morningstar. It also came with a grilled pineapple, mmmmm! I loved the sauce and the rice bun is so unique so good, and held together well. I really enjoyed the fries. I usually prefer a thinner crisper fry, and these looked like a thicker fry I wouldn’t like, but they were perfectly crisp on the outside, while having a delicious warm potato filling.

Hot damn! These people know what they’re doing. We tried one each of the shaved beef and the crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Perfectly juicy crispy chicken with a bomb sauce between two rice buns. I had no idea I would love it as much as I do! The shaved beef one was topped with a gochujang type sauce and was juicy and tasted like a compact bibimbap on the go! Yummmmm I’ll be back!

Happened to be walking by in Chinatown and saw the truck sitting there. No wait. Walked up and was totally intrigued by the menu. So I got The Rice Burg with Korean Beef. Out of this world. The rice bun takes this to a whole other level. I had never heard of it but I’m sold now. If I see the truck again, hungry or not, I’m getting a Rice Burg!
