Great place for tapas and European lagers, or at least that’s what I get. Delicious food at good prices. Service is very good. Nice small quiet atmosphere not too busy and loud. Grilled octopus is the best dish I’ve tried here, very tasty.

For as much as we like Bricco, this place didn’t meet up to my expectations. We shared the zucchini blossoms which had no taste to them, we couldn’t even taste the cheese. I had the feta salad that came in a bowl which was hard to eat. It also lacked olive oil. My fiancé’s pasta I tasted which had dried tuna in it was mediocre as well and pretty dry. They have good wine selection though.

Place is terrible. If you want over cooked over priced food your in for a treat. Outside the food the server and bartender were very nice.

My husband and I went on Friday night to dinner for Date Night. I was really excited after reading reviews. I love tapas and I love Mediterranean. What could be better? Unfortunately, out of the 6 tapas we got, most weren’t very good and nothing was outstanding. The Arancini were very dry and not exciting at all. The Grilled Eggplant Involtini was cold on the inside as if it wasn’t cooked all the way through? Or had already gotten cold by the time it got to our table? The Meatballs were okay, but absolutely nothing special. The Burrata was not flavorful and just tasted like some cheese slapped on a tomato. Even the Porchetta wasn’t good — the polenta was tasteless and it was hard to bite into the pork belly. Overall I had been looking forward to a great meal in the North End, as most are, but this just didn’t even come close. I wouldn’t come back here again. On top of everything else, it was extremely loud in the small restaurant as if there is something wrong with the acoustics.

The service is amazing, the food is. something you could buy at the supermarket, poor menu selection and way!!! The overpriced. Not the type of restaurant you want to eat in the North end, unless you’re starving and all the other restaurants are full, even in that situation you’re better off with a slice of pizza. Waste of money and time, real bad experience. Not going back.

ORDERTHEBUTTERNUTSQUASHTORTELLI!!! It will change your life. The type of dish you’ll crave in the middle of work and leave early to go get. Great bread and sangria too. Good job Sfizi! I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our experience. We started with cocktails. They only have a cordial license but thats okay. Cocktails were tasty. The lemon basil was outstanding. The greek salad is a must get. Very refreshing and plenty of tomatoes. I didnt care for the oranchini. Very dry. That was the only tapas I had any negative feelings about. The tuna is a must get. Very fresh. Meatballs were amazing and the souvlaki was outstanding. We chose to take it out of the pita and they let us get a side of potatoes instead. We will be back to try other dishes! Service was okay. Nothing special.

We came here on a week night to try this newly opened tapas place. At first, we were a little skeptical about coming since we didn’t see too many reviews on this but we took a chance anyway since we all love tapas and wouldn’t mind trying a new restaurant. We ordered 2 tapas(the bolinho de bacalao(??) and the bone marrow) and 2 specials from that night. The 3 pieces salt cod potato & parley cakes were pretty tasty and as for the bone marrow, that was not bad either but we were surprised that the bone marrow tapas did not come with bread(how could they possibly think we can just eat the bone marrow by itself. it’s just too oily. We had to ask the server to bring us some breads for that… no extra fee for this). As for the specials, we got the duck entrée(a good size.6 piece duck meat) but sadly we didn’t quite enjoyed this(it didn’t have enough flavor to it. The only thing we like from this dish was the sauteed slice pears. We felt the duck meat was slightly overcooked), and we also got the seafood paella(surprised paella wasn’t listed on the menu and is counted as a special instead?). I have to say the paella was so delicious(it’s a decent size entrée that can probably feed 2 – 3 people). Even though we did not like 1 out of the 4 dishes we ordered, we will definitely come back here for other items on the menu.

Food was just okay. Service was laughably bad. Came on a weeknight where they were only moderately busy — no hostess at the door, menus took 5 – 10 minutes to come out, orders took 15 – 20, then when ordered the waiter forgot(I had to flag him down) and he had to put it all back in, finally, they got the check wrong. Simple things… maybe they’re understaffed but you can’t get these things wrong.

I went here last night with my boyfriend after wanting to come here since we noticed that Mare had moved over to another spot. We ordered a bottle of Malbec and the following tapas: duck(special), venison(special?), pork belly, burrata, meatballs and the banana pudding for dessert. Overall, I’d say everything was delicious and it’s a great option if you’re looking for a date night or option for big groups. The food isn’t anything ground breaking, but it’s solid.

The food(paella, beet salad), drinks(cocktails and recommended wine) and service were all excellent during a recent visit. And the restaurant looks charming. So why only 4 stars? Because it is SO loud in there. It’s undoubtedly 5 stars on a quieter night! I’ll be back.

Just tried Sfizi on this past weekend. We had made a reservation online but didn’t end up needing it. The restaurant had many many open tables and was pretty quiet at 7pm on a Saturday, assuming because it was Halloween! The service was good. The staff was knowledgeable about the dishes and had recommendations when asked for. Our water glasses were never empty. The food was really really good. Good variety of meats and vegetable options. Yummy flavor combinations. No complaints really, I found the prices to be pretty fair. For a group of four we ended up spending only about $ 80/couple, and that’s after splitting 2 bottles of wine. I’d go back! It was a nice change for the North End
