I reached out to Chris in late 2012 because, although I loved my job, I felt that I needed to improve the way in which I interacted with my colleagues.
Chris was amazing. More than talking to me, he listened to my concerns and asked questions. By asking the right questions, he eventually lead me to form my own opinion on how to handle various situations and to articulate why they should be handled in that way. Invariably, most of the anxiety I was feeling came from imagining what might happen versus living in reality. I was, without fail, able to resolve every anxiety creating situation in such a positive way that it’s truly changed my life.
I very rarely suffer the anxiety attacks or sleepless nights that were par for the course during much of my career. His guidance has also allowed me to create some great partnerships at work in a way that I’ve never been able to do before.
I thought I loved my job before I met Chris. Now it’s 100 times better!
