Their customer service is horrible. We bought shoes at a different Vans store (as a gift) and we brought the shoes here in Boston to exchange. They did not allow us to exchange the shoes here in Boston because they don’t carry those exact shoes in this location. Also, it seems the person works in both locations but apparently we are the ones who are supposed to drive 200 miles away to exchange it. It’s your own product — I am the customer (crickets…). Never shopping here.

This place is awesome. Beyond the great location and upscale yet comfy interior is the authentically helpful staff. The opening crew opened the shop up early to my convenience so that I could buy a new pair of shoes while running errands before work. A very helpful young woman helped recommend a new waterproof version of the familiar pair that I’ve bought for the last 8 years due to the fact that it was raining outside. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Good selection and cool store. BUT 7 day return policy is straight up ridiculous. They wouldn’t even let me exchange and this was less than 3 weeks later.
Name another store that has a 7 day return/exchange policy… YOU CAN’T!
