This was a great store! The selection of merchandise is terrific. The customer service is great. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and couldn’t be happier with them.
The staff was especially friendly to my young daughter. They gave her a iPad to play with while I shopped. I would definitely recommend!

I was helped by Melissa on ³⁄₂₃ in the evening for a repair of shoes that needed the heal done. She was great, very helpful, and with no charge in 2 weeks my shoes will be totally repaired to their third party vendor in New Jersey.
I am not sure why everyone hates this place, I had a great experience and was given water right away when I sat down and they were all very kind and explained everything.
I look forward to getting my favorite work wedges back!

I was looking forward to shopping here, but it turned out to be a sour experience and I think I will just stick with Neiman Marcus from here on out. I wanted to purchase a new bag to schlep my laptop and iPad to and from work amongst folders and notebooks and fell in love with a bag in the store. I had to practically chase down a staff member to purchase and then for them to «prep» the bag. It was like the department store scene from «Love, Actually» with Alan Rickman’s character buying the jewelry for his mistress. Anyway, $ 300+ later, and I was on my way or so I thought. I actually left the store to run an errand and came back and the bag still wasn’t ready close to closing time.
Later that night, I received a generated email survey in regards to the store experience. I filled it out honestly — good selection, but I had to practically chase someone to give them money for a bag. I received a rather curt email from the assistant manager in response to my survey.
So you know what? I returned the bag. Each time I looked at the bag still «prepped» and with the tags on it, it really pissed me off.
Here’s the deal — Neiman Marcus carries MOST of the Tory Burch products in the store, plus or minus some special or limited items. And if they don’t have it in store, they can probably order it for you. Neimans is less than 50 yards away and offers a competitive rewards program for purchases along with incentive programs on handbags. And the service is second to none.
I «re“purchased the original bag and another handbag at Neimans later that week. Better service.

Purchased a pair of the reva ballet flats shoes a few weeks ago. I absolutely loved them! Very comfy. I wore them three times, and one of the gold emblems fell off. I was a little surprised since they cost $ 225. I returned them no issues. Just a little disappointed in my first Tory Burch purchase as I heard many positive things before:(

Very unfriendly staff who just stand there chatting instead serving people. We would have bought some bags if they were not so arrogantly cold.

My g/​f and I came in here to exchange a purse for something that ended up costing less. It was a bit complicated since I didn’t have the original credit card with me and wanted to refund the difference back on it. The general manager, Katie, was very helpful and offered several options to me. Everything worked out in the end and nothing but compliments to the rest of the sales staff. The drink offers while we waited to get the purchase packaged was a plus, too!
Lastly, to put the store in somewhat of a perspective, my g/​f said the Tory Burch store in Honolulu, HI had a bigger selection, but she still ended up with something.
