Tritto Enterprises was hired to repair a chimney cap and try to fix a ice problem on our roof. We had issues with an ice dam and Mark installed some heating cables with the hope of melting the snow enough that the roof wouldn’t become saturated and create water problems inside. After the first snow storm, some of the cable clamps he had installed in the roof to secure the cable had became dislodged. I called Mark and he said he would be out there within a few days. Even getting his certificate of insurance was a struggle.
Six months later and Mark still hasn’t shown up (obviously, he isn’t planning to). Phone calls and emails were never returned.
Poor workmanship and poor service. Look elsewhere for any type of work he performs.
