She is technically my primary doctor,
however, I haven’t seen her after my first appointment
with her about 3 to 4 years ago.
That was my first time and last time to see her.
Every time when I call to make appointments
for my annual check up, they told me that she
«is not available» and nurse practitioner has to see me.
The first time when I called to make appointment,
I asked if she is accepting new patient so that
I am 100% sure that I do see my doctor
every time when I visit and they said «Yes»,
but apparently, that was not true in this case.
In «PatientSite» website, her status is always
«I’m off on medical leave. Please contact our office if you need assistance. Thank you.» since 2006 or so.
If you want to see a «doctor», this is not a place to go.
If you want to see a «nurse practitioner» for your
annual check up, this is a place to go.
As you can tell, currently, I am looking for
a new doctor who will actual see me in person.
The reason for 3 stars is that I do like
nurse practitioners in this office.
However, they are not a doctor.
For your information, Susan Wainger is retired and no longer working
in this office.
