This place… Unprofessional, crooks, overpriced, and simply, not worth it. Check your bank statements and receipts cause they’ll charge you whatever they want. They tried to tell me that tax was a $ 1 on a $ 10 order and when I questioned them on their shadiness I was told amongst other things, «they can’t have customers making up prices». My response«I was going off your menu.» America can’t have companies making up their own tax. If you want to charge more, change your menu prices, which by the way is already high. I was then told«how bout I say you can’t order a ten piece without fries, how bout that». Lol so now you’re telling me your menu isn’t accurate because you’re menu says I can. My response«how about you give me my money back?» They did and I walked out, and I PROMISE, I will NEVER go back. They really need to get it together. Go to Dimitrios on Dorchester Ave where you can get bigger wings, better flavor all at a cheaper cost… even if you got your ordered delivered it’ll still be cheaper than picking up your wings from this crooked establishment. I kept giving this place chances because of its proximity to my home, but I would rather take the drive to Dot Ave for a better experience overall. Unilocal needs to allow no stars because this place would definitely get it.

They told me to be here @4:30pm on SuperBowl Sun(today) to pick up my order, been sitting here for 45 mins now & still no wings, customer service is HORRIBLE! They act as if I shouldn’t be a little perturbed that they screwed up! If I felt like I could go somewhere else right now I would, they will NEVERGETMYBUSINESSAGAIN nor will I recommend them to anybody! Smh this was a BUGMISTAKE! STAYAWAY, it’s now 5:30 and still NOFCKINGWINGSFORTHESUPERBOWL!

Its about 10:30pm and my friend& I decided to go eat some wings. He had been to the spot before, but it was my first time. Went in, the owner shook my hand and greeted me. Pleasant welcoming especially late at night. He was super friendly and patient since I had no idea what flavor of wingz I wanted to try. Another awesome thing, theres A BUNCH of flavors. Its pretty mind blowing how different things taste amazinggg! My wingz were fresh and delicious. Definitely going back for more!

In an extreme case of hunger I ordered with out reviewing. I ordered through foodler at 4:33 pm so when my phone rang at 5:35 I was think«finally, my food is here»… WRONG! They finally decided to call to let me know what I ordered was considered a lunch item, although it was NOT labeled as such. So over an hour later I find out that I can’t get what I ordered. To rub salt in my wound they had the nerve to offer something else that was cheaper. At that point, I was going to faint so I asked how long it would take. He said 15 mins. I called back after 25 mins. Still no food. At this point it has been about 2 hrs since I ordered my food. I simply wanted a refund… but no… they wasted even more of my time. When the driver called, she wasn’t even at my address. What kills me is that someone called from the restaurant, or whatever I should refer to this place as, to ask for my name so that I could receive a discount on my next order and kept rambling on even after I clearly said I would not be ordering from them again. To further piss me off, the fries were terrible and soggy. I originally ordered stew chicken and rice. I have to eat junky fries and wings, at least make sure it’s on point. They didn’t even give a fork or a napkin… save yourself the headache and don’t bother ordering from here.

This was a mistake. I usually check reviews before ordering, but this time, I was in a hurry after a long day. I was craving some bbq wings and went with the first place that had them. I placed an order of the 6 honey bbq boneless wings and chili cheese fries in grub and hopped in shower. When I came out 15 min later, I had 4 missed calls. It was the restaurant saying they were out of chili«do I want just the cheese». I said fine and apologized for missing their call. The woman on the phone said she’d be there soon(is she the chef AND the driver?) I wasn’t upset that I didn’t get refunded for the chili until it was an hour and half later and the food wasn’t here yet. I then read the reviews for this place and realized I made a boo boo ordering from there. I held off for as long as I could take and finally called Grub Hub to complain. They apologized on their behalf, offered free grub hub, and said they’d call me back with an update. As soon as I hung up, the restaurant called and said they were outside. They actually weren’t, the driver rolled up like 2 min later. She slowly waltzed out of the car holding the container of food sideways, came to the door, offered no apologies(or receipt), and turned an walked away barely looking me in the eye. The food was cold of course. The chicken was tasty, but dry, hard, and grilled when I ordered breaded. The chili-less cheese fries had an unexpected spice that was kinda yummy-one star for that despite being cold and an incredibly small portion considering the price. The ranch dressing was missing as well. I won’t be ordering again because according to the other reviews on Grubhub, this is habitual.
