I just called Winston and spoke with Marc P and he was amazing. He not only was accommodating with regards to delivery but also was very in tune with making sure the flower arrangement worked for what I was going for. They are your go to floral professionals!

During the holidays I was moving at light speed trying to get all of the shopping done for my office before I left on vacation. My boss had asked me to send an last minute arrangement and a gift to one of our VPs based in Boston. I am in San Francisco. I went online and found a wonderful arrangement to send from Winston.
However, in my haste, I put the WRONG expiration date on the credit card. And the order was declined. By the time we figured it out — I was already on a plane to visit my family in Florida. But Dana Parker and the team at Winston delivered the gift ANYWAY — even without payment and sent me a note letting me know.
I was gone for 10 days and when I got back in the office, I saw the email. I was embarrassed that I had made such a silly mistake. However because they made the delivery anyway, I didn’t get in any trouble with my boss — Winston flowers made me look good even when I screwed something up.
Dana Parker is serious about providing the BEST customer service I’ve received in a long time. THANK YOU WINSTON. Any time I need an arrangement, this will be my only option. These guys are the best!

Initial delivery missed the mark but Winston’s commitment to customer satisfaction solved the issue immediately. Final deliverables exceeded my expectations. Great work, beautiful arrangements. Top quality, excellent service, worth the cost.

To be fair, I haven’t received my flowers yet, heck I haven’t even paid for them yet. However, the experience I have had with Winston’s level of customer service is mind blowing and deserving of accolades. I was speaking with a colleague of mine about how I had NO IDEA where to even start with flowers for my wedding and it was overwhelming me. She told me to email Caitlyn who she knew from prior events and email her exactly that. So I did, and she responded with some simple questions about my wedding date which led her to send me what’s in season around that time to narrow the choices and the stress down. I compared her list with what I had saved from magazines and pinterest and within 2 – 3 emails, a price had been haggled and we were moving into contract territory. I went from overwhelmed to baby steps and didn’t feel a thing! Then Kate got in touch with me because Caitlyn was on vacation (though almost zero time had elapsed). There was not one concern left unanswered, not one email with more than a day’s turnaround time for answers, and not one time where I felt they were «selling me» instead of helping me. I will update my review once the flowers are delivered and the big day is over, but Winston deserves every accolade here and more for their customer service alone.

One word: AMAZING! The designs they come up with are not only beautiful, but highly creative! One of the locations in which they have their designs on display is the Taj Boston Hotel (lobby level). PETER who is one of their designers is not only a pleasure to deal with, but just a delightful person in general. Peter always has a smile on no matter what time of the day it is.

I used Winston Flowers for my wedding. They have always been my mother’s favorite florist and they put out incredibly high quality work. So when I saw they were on the preferred vendor list for my wedding it seemed like the obvious choice. Michael Ciano and his coordinator Cassandra Bettencourt were assigned to my wedding. I won’t lie, I a very picky bride. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Michael’s portfolio was far too modern for my taste. I expressed this to Michael and Cassandra and they promised that they would fulfill my vision. The trial run started of a bit shaky but by the end it was promising. Come my wedding day, the flowers took my breath away. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous every piece was! Michael and Cassandra were just wonderful, entirely patient, attentive, and supportive through the whole planning process. They made my all my idealistic Pinterest dreams come true. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If Winston Flowers could enlist a magician to preserve the scent of their design studio into once compact room spritzer, I would be a very happy man! This place is phenomenal and was recommended to me by my wedding photographer. They have a signature design style but it was obvious they love doing custom work. When I saw their marvelous creations, it warmed my heart. This is something you do not want to skimp on if you are looking to ensure your reception has an atmosphere of luxury. Go with the best, you won’t regret it.

Had my wedding consultation here and wish I went with them, but hesitated due to cost. Very professional consultation. After reviewing the floral checklist and budget and providing a tour of their design studio, they gave me a complimentary bouquet and chocolates as a thank you for considering them! Although I regrettably went with another florist, I ended up calling them on the day of my wedding to create an emergency bouquet for me and the were able to deliver it to me in 4 hours! Thanks Winston’s for saving the day!

I was planning a very large-​scale corporate event and contacted Winston Flowers to talk arrangements. I spoke with a woman, Elisabeth who quite quickly advised me that I should come to the design studio and meet with a floral designer for a one-​on-​one consultation. I thought: how fun is this!?!
…but it gets better! Not only was Elisabeth instrumental in arranging for me to meet with David (the designer), but she arranged for a car to pick me from my offices (near Copley) and transport me to and from the consultation so I wouldn’t have to take a cab. Incredibly thoughtful.
I arrive at the design center and they sit me in this small, white room with lounge chairs and various photos on LCD displays that changed constantly to show various arrangements at a wide array of events. There is a table top — complete with a number of different colored table linens… and a bunch of vases. In comes David, the designer and he thoughfully and efficiently consulted with me. I told him that we were renting the Koch Gallery (MFA) and that I wanted tall arrangments that would make an impact in such a grand space. I also explained there was dim lighting, so they had to have color and pizzazz. David leaves the room and comes back with an array of fresh flowers, vases, and stands. He shows me some of his ideas using the table in the room and talked me through his vision. It was amazing to watch his creative process and by the time I left, I was so excited to see how things would turn out.
On the night of the event, David and his entourage (including Elisabeth) brought the 12 arrangements to the MFA (and also worked directly with them to ensure everything would happen on time). The end result was AMAZING (see my photos attached) and I can’t be happier. I will DEFINITELY be working with them again.
