We had Budget Blinds provide window coverings for our new construction home recently. The first consultation was really good. Jason listened to what we wanted and offered his advice and opinions when we had questions.
Our blinds arrived when promised. There was one issue, but it was handled quickly and we weren’t charged the final bill until the issue had been resolved.

We purchased a lot of blinds from Jason at Budget Blinds in Bothell. The initial sales process is our home was informative and low pressure. He explained the different options at each price range. He made the statement that certain blinds had a full replacement no question guarantee. At that time I assumed that promise would be nearly impossible to get them to honor without a huge hassle because it would be a losing proposition should we have any issue. To make this long story short we purchased a range of high and low-​end blinds for our whole house and garage. The install was on-​time and mess free. After some time one of our kid’s blinds failed from their energetic use I suppose? One call to Jason’s cell and he took it down and had it fixed /​replaced very quickly without questioning the reason it failed. Upon return he hung it again. A literal «few months» later my son broke it again. I called and he again had it taken care of in short order. I am very precise /​anal retentive /​Obsessive Compulsive and admittedly hard to please. Both my wife and I smile when telling friends about our blinds and BB’s service. People are very liberal with 5 star ratings but I am not one of those people. A scuff in the paint during install would have bothered me deeply. We bought some very fancy motorized blackout blinds to work with our home automation system and Jason hadn’t worked with a rarely placed blind like that. He did the research and iIt’s still going up and down perfectly and the motor is still pulling an 8′ x 10′ blind quietly.

Jason (one of the owners) was easy to work with and was not pushy at all when he came over to our house. He helped us with colors and had some great suggestions. Blinds were installed 3 weeks later.
