Cascade Restoration Services, LLC

Extremely unhappy.
Cascade Restoration Services, LLC aka Cascade Services, Todd H. came out to give us an estimate for insurance purposes on drying and repairing/​painting walls. We accepted his bid after a little redo.
He came out, along with his son (s), to set up the air dryers, etc. It took 5 days to dry the downstairs bathroom and 3 days for the upstairs closet — which was ok. I do not like the fact, however, when businesses use their kids to haul equipment around — which was the case here. Kids, even young men, are NOT careful. Bumping, scraping walls.
Todd said he would send me an email with an invoice and «paid» receipt for the drying. He said he would do that the same day they picked up their equipment and left. He was also going to coordinate the drywall/​painting for this week.
It has now been over one week since I’ve heard from Todd and — NOTHING. I’ve emailed him and I called him yesterday, where I caught him at the dentist, but he said he would call me back later. NOTHING. I guess this company doesn’t want to finish the work it started.
I am now on the hunt for a company who will do the drywall and painting.
This company may be a BBB accredited business but it doesn’t know how to treat customers. I would not use them again.

I had a close friend who had their condo flood due to the neighbor above her. Todd was called in to remove and install her new cabinets, put up drywall and paint. This was not an easy project at all because the condo was so small and my friend who is an elderly women wanted to «help» them do the work. Lets just say this was not your typical project.
Todd and his entire crew were very compassionate and showed her a great deal of respect in spite of the added challenges she created. In my opinion he went above and beyond his job and for that I am forever grateful. All the work he did looked amazing! I have worked with a lot of contractors doing remodels over the years and I can truly say he is my favorite.
