As the owner of a tree service business in Seattle, I have a lot of chainsaws and they tend to breakdown from time to time. I always bring my saws to chain saws plus to get their work done because bob is the most knowledgeable guy I have found and he does good work for a fair price and gets the job done in a timely fashion. There are 2 Stihl dealerships and repair places that are closer to me, but Bob’s expertise is worth the drive. He also has a nice selection of used and refurbished saws which I have referred my customers to when they ask where they can get a decent saw at a great price.

Stihl saws are the best.
I called to ask if I should bring my Stihl chain saw in and the guy I talked with did not want to answer any of my questions. Maybe he was having a bad day. If I came to the conclusion I needed my saw serviced, I would have brought it into him, this place will never see my business because of the flat out rudeness.

These guys hate Obama, but they do carry a great product. Nothing better than a Stihl
chainsaw or trimmer.
All I can think about is Obama’s work with the NSA and I can forgive these guys their opinion.
God bless America and save us all from Washington DC on both sides of the isle!

If you’re in the market for a chainsaw, Stihl is one of the best brands you can buy and this is one of the best places you should buy it at. Stihl doesn’t sell direct online, so to get a new one, you have to go to a local dealer. The owner here was very nice and very helpful and very concerned about our safety. Not only did he give us honest, unbiased advice about chainsaws and the Stihl brand, but he also showed us in detail how to use our new chainsaw, how to clean, how to correctly put the chain on and more. Then he took us outside to start it and let it run so we could learn how to start it and get the oil and gas mixture flowing.
I would highly recommend Chain Saws Plus for your Stihl needs. We were very happy with our experience there.

The guys here seem too macho and crusty to be helpful and nice, but they are. No more expensive than other Stihl dealerships, but WAYYYYY more knowledgeable and straightforward. This is where both pro loggers and suburban soccer dads buy and repair the Cadillac of chainsaws, Stihl.
