Desert Sun

I have been a member at Desert Sun for over 5 years. I recently moved and needed to transfer my membership and place it on the Stay and Save. I made this request to staff members at the Seattle Hill and Bothell (Which is corporate, not franchise) locations. I was told that they «had emailed corporate» and the matter would be taken care of. After two months or paying dues that should have been suspended, I finally called the corporate office.
The customer service representative I spoke to in the Bellevue office was friendly and sympathetic. However, since the staff I spoke to in Bothell and Seattle Hill never sent any documentation, she said she was unable to do more than offer a partial store credit. I was told it was unfortunate that the staff at these locations did not complete the request or have me sign a form to suspend my account, but that is a training issue that they will address.
I am very disappointed that after so many years of membership and not a small amount of money, the company places little value on retaining my patronage.

I love this place, thank you groupon for helping me had a great place to tan and save money and the smae time. Great staff that super friendly and know their stuff about the product plus they have a device that metls your fat away, SAY WHAT, so Borara AKA Booby will be tan and thin in no time.

This is a great location – they have great service, really cute salon, and convenient location. I’m glad they have the new Mystic HD machine. I wish they had some better deals like maybe a happy hour or something, but there are a few coupons on their website. Overall, very nice. Thanks!

Under new ownership and management, she is SUPER friendly and helpful. Not pushy with the products but not afraid to show you what they have available. Excited about the new beds coming in, and their new spray tan machines should be amazing too. Spoke with her last night for about 10 minutes and she was truly excited to tackle that salon.

The best location. The nicest girls. The manager is amazing :) I won’t go to mill creek or anywhere else! Best packages and beds and never too busy.

They don’t have stand up beds here. I came because they’re closest to where I work. For the level membership I have stand up beds are one of the nice features. Also the lay down beds they put me in didn’t have separate adjustments for face and body. I like to fry my body but not over tan my face.
They kept a third star because their desk person is really nice and didn’t always try pushing new lotions on me.
