Great selection of flavors and toppings to mix and match. Definitely a plus that they have mochi and waffles. You can also sign up for their rewards program and accumulate points. The place is clean and parking is easy to find. Overall, I’d recommend.

I went to Menchie’s tonight around 9:30pm, in Thrasher’s corner. As my mother in law and I were getting our ice cream, there was a lady at the counter who I could tell was pissed off. I started being nosey and overheard the girl behind the counter telling her that her subtotal was $ 44 (for two icecreams). The lady and her teenage daughter seemed completely unaware of the $ 0.54/oz rule. She then explained that she was so sorry and didn’t know that it was weighed and said she couldn’t and wouldn’t pay that much for her ice cream. The girl behind the counter seemed equally as shocked. while the young man who was also an employee of Menchie’s began getting pretty aggressive. I know he made her feel like an idiot, as I was watching in shock as well. These employees were clearly not trained on how to maintain politeness to a customer. Obviously «the customer is always right» policy doesn’t apply to their company.
So what I’m getting to here, do you think she should have made herself aware of pricing before getting all crazy with the sprinkles? Do you think maybe they could have warned her for next time, or allowed her to dump a little out?
I’m not sure how I feel about it, all I know was that the male employee was extremely condescending, in a room of about 12 people. & to be honest, I would have been a little irritated to pay $ 40 for ice cream, unless it was heaven sent and blessed by a god. lol. Hmmmm… Mine was $ 18 for 3 by the way.

Great for FroYo. The kids love this place. Great little sample cups so you can try before you buy. Frequent customer points add up fast and give you $ 5 store credits. Toppings galore. Now they have waffles! Great for a snack.

I visit the Menchies website and see all these fantastic favors. This location seems to never change from the standard vanilla, chocolate, coconut, dolce de leche, cookies and crime and the sour flavors. I’ve been here 3 times (over 3 different months) and it’s always the same. I will visit the Bothell location in Canyon Park, at least they pick the fun flavors that corporate recommends and are seasonal. Staff seems really young and needs some customer service training.

Very good selections and clean store. I was just very disappointed that there was no granola.. how do you have yogurt with no granola??

Favorite menchies overall and in the area. Great customer service, clean, and great flavors. They always stay open until their closing time and typically a few minutes after if you’re running late, unlike the bothell everett hwy branch. Prefer the beardslee location even over $ 5 cup nights anywhere else!

Love this place. They have real frozen yogurt that’s slightly tart. We go for dinner once a week.

Menchie’s is always a hit with our family because they have something that all of us like. This location is always clean, and tends to have all of their flavors available.
Mondays from 8 – 10 is $ 5 night.

Boyfriend and I have stopped in several times and our experiences have been completely consistent. Half or more of the flavors don’t seem to be working. Once there was no chocolate syrup. :(it’s a popular spot and the place is always busy but the darned flavors just aren’t available.
The staff are always super pleasant the the indoor seats are clean enough.

The grand opening was perfectly timed with the sunny 80° day! The store is a treat for the senses with happy, bright colors & a light, sweet aroma of froyo & freshly made waffle cones. Although busy, the employees were smiling, courteous, quick & pleasant. Great customer service! The garage & street parking made it a convenient choice for a quick stop or leisurely visit. The many options of flavors, syrups & toppings allowed for a perfectly concocted treat deliciously specialized by me for me. And, the flavors… a gastronomic delight!

Today was opening day for Menchies! First 25 got a free tshirt and FREE yogurt from 11AM — 1PM. Free is always a plus ;)
The location is really convenient as there’s a lot of parking behind the store and it’s close proximity to cascadia and UW Bothell. I can see all the students coming here after school to get some frozen yogurt and just chill. This will definitely be the new hang out location for students.
Menchies works the same way as all other frozen yogurt places. Grab some samples cup, taste some flavored, grab a size, fill with your choice of frozen yogurt, and add some toppings~ and then you pay. You pay per oz.
They have a TON of flavored to pick from. probably the hardest decision you’ll ever make. hahaha. They also have a variety of toppings. I usually prefer the regular tart flavored with some fresh strawberries and mango but they also have other fruit and other toppings such as mochi, cookie dough, Oreo bits, and more! You can also choose to have a waffle bowl instead of a regular bowl! $ 0.51 per oz plus tax per oz.
Overall, this new location is amazing! Fast and friendly employees and some yummy frozen yogurt :)
