ReSource is great, and I love that they have a tool library. However, this review is on their tool library policy on «not holding a tool.»
I called 20 minutes before arriving to ensure they had the tool I needed. By the time I arrived, it was gone. I was encouraged to call ahead to ensure the tool is there, but what’s the point if they rent it to someone else by the time it takes to get there…
Seems like a waste of a $ 25 membership if you can’t rent out the tools they say are available because they rented it out to someone else minutes before you arrive. :(

Awesome programs! They do all sorts of things in the Boulder community and some of them stretch all the way down here to Colorado Springs like the Slow the Flow program. All programs are aimed at conserving natural resources and I think that what they do is so important. Good job.
