Great shop great employees. Got a new bike thanks to Tom one of their sales/​mech guys. One of my favorite bikes to date. A lot of help and knowledge. Could’ve got the bike online or elsewhere but the help and info I got from them made up my mind.

Most honest, casual, friendly, bike shop experience I’ve ever had. From big fixes to flat tires they tell it like it is and find a way to make it work for you.
I came in after getting a flat while on a ride without my wallet. They gace me the tube and fixed my flat and told me to come back after I had my wallet. They were super trustworthy.

I needed a tube replaced on my bike and came here off of a friend’s recommendation. The shop was empty on a Thursday morning, and the attendant repaired my bike in under 10 minutes. Friendly service and more than fair pricing — I’ll be back if needed.
I didn’t purchase anything, but I browsed the retail area while waiting and noticed a nice selection of bikes (a lot of mountain) starting around $ 300.

This bike shop is awesome! Fairly small, but well stocked. Everyone was super friendly. It’s a very casual atmosphere, with no intimidation. Lots of cool stuff hanging up and on the walls.

I’ve come here once to buy a chain and twice to have wheels trued. Josh trued my wheels both times perfectly and charged me considerably less than anywhere else I’ve been. The second occasion he didn’t charge me at all for having referred my friend. They definitely earned my future business and referrals.

This is my favorite bike shop, period! A super casual no stress buying experience. We went in to look at a bike for my wife after dealing with a bigger chain bike store who only wanted to get rid of their clearance bikes without concern for proper fit. My wife is new to mountain bikes and they made her feel right at home, no technical jargon to confuse her. Fit and comfort was the main concern after talking about what kind of riding she wanted to do. She chose a bike to test ride and they also let me ride one so I could go out with her, which I thought was pretty cool! After the test ride he wanted her to be brutally honest about the feel of the bike so he could make adjustments so she felt perfect on it. We did buy the bike and he wants her to come back after a few rides to make any final adjustments to confirm the fit, if she doesn’t like it for any reason she gets to take it back, no questions. I have no doubt that they really want you to get the correct bike for you no matter what kind of bike you want. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped us, however, I’ve been in the shop a couple times now and every time I walked away impressed. You can tell they love bikes and will help you find places to ride if you need that too. I didn’t buy my bike here (now regretfully) but this is the only shop who will work on my bike now because they don’t make you feel like and idiot if you don’t know the latest jargon. As far as the price range goes, you can buy on a budget or a top of the line racing machine. In my opinion, this is the best bike shop in Colorado, possibly the nation, I don’t see how it can be a better buying experience!

Came to purchase a commuter bike for CU student. Will and team were awesome — we witnessed him sell us a safe, low cost $ 310 and practical bike for a student while helping another person look at $ 2500 downhill bikes. Settled on a mint green giant with all of the ‘safety’ trimmings. Helmet, lights, locks etc.
Will was quite knowledgeable, helpful and had our daughter out for a trial run withing minutes. Lifetime guarantee for fixes, adjustments, tune-​ups.
The technicians had us up and running in no time.
