Lookout Inn-Guest House & Suites

The Lookout Inn was an unexpected gem.
The owners were extremely gracious and accommodating. They obviously put a lot of thought and effort into creating a family feeling. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Boulder area.

Quaint, comfy and cozy. Large room and king beds, super soft — like a bed away from your own bed. Pull out sofa, small kitchenette, balcony. Breakfast is served early, but is quite good. Eggs and pancakes made to order, in a lodgy type dining room. Seems to be family run. Great place and value, if you need a spot in Boulder for a few days.

My family has stayed here for three nights and we find the rooms pleasant and comfortable and the staff and owners extremely helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is great with a nice assortment of cereal, granola, fruit, juice, coffee, and eggs. It is a warm and welcoming place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

My father-​in-​law got this place for us to stay at while we were in Colorado, we’re just a walk away from my husband’s grandparents’ house so it was very convenient. Check-​in was a breeze, too bad we weren’t able to reserve a crib since they only had one and that was being used.
The room was large, comfortable, with a fireplace and a rather nice King size bed. It also has a little kitchenette but you don’t need the kitchenette at all since their kitchen is open to you until 10pm. Breakfast is served daily and it’s not just a continental breakfast, but full breakfast. French toast, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. for you to choose from. My daughter loved breakfast because she got to eat as much as she wanted and made a huge mess each and every time.
We stayed here for 4 days and it was very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here every time we’re in Boulder.

Found this on TripAdvisor since no Unilocal reviews out there. Large room, clean with no funky smells, nice furniture, microwave and fridge. Outstanding breakfast i.e. eggs cooked to order, homemade granola.
