Sitting in drive-​thru for over 15 minutes now according to my stopwatch. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not fast food by any means.

So slow you can’t call it fast food. The last two times I went there I went inside and the drive thru. Both times it took over 40 minutes to get fed. Unacceptable. You can go and sit down and order a steak almost anywhere else and not wait that long. I guess this franchise owner doesn’t give a shit about anything. This place needs to be shut down. I’ll never go there again.

Gotta give some love to Taco Bell. Relatively low turnover on staffing, even though they can be brutally slow. Generous portions of sour cream if you are looking for that. Honestly though, as a regular customer of this Taco Bell, I actually know some of the employees by name. That is rare in this day in age.
Food is Taco Bell quality.

Slowest. Taco. Bell. Ever. Consistently wait a long time for uneven food. This past Saturday we waited in line for 15 mins. Looked like the Frito-​Lay delivery person was there and apparently, everyone in the store was involved because we were stuck in the 7th circle of Hell waiting for our food. I will try to avoid going there anymore.

This is really close to our office and so when I need something for lunch fast, I hit this at times.
The food is Taco Bell.
What gives this 1 star is about 20% of the time you order and then wait… and wait… and wait… Sometimes up to 20 minutes for your food.

Worst taco bell ever. Every time we go there they have their doors locked. It’s 9:00 and they say they are open till 1. why the heck are your doors locked. I called to see and they were very rude and said they were closing early anyway.

I try to avoid fast food, but had to get something super quick before work last night. It’s typical Taco Bell food, nothing new, but the girl that took my order was excellent! She was sweet and full of energy. Sometimes it’s just that extra effort that leaves a lasting impression!
