Jay and his team were great to work with — punctual, extremely friendly, and as responsive to our questions as we could have hoped for. They came highly recommended and lived up to all expectations.

Boulder Home Theater did an exceptional job installing my TV and programming the universal remote to work the way I wanted it to. Jay is very smart and solved several programming issues that I had.

Jay did an amazing job setting up our home theater system in our brand new home. He installed our flat screens as well as set up our «technology hub» in a very organized and efficient way. Everything works great and the work was very neat and tidy. He also came back to enhance our stereo & wifi systems — which turned out to be way more trouble than expected because of the tricky wiring installed in our home — but he stuck with it and was on point with all costs even tho we’re sure it was more work than he expected. We would have him back any time & would also recommend him to anyone we know!

Did a solid job on the install and showed up on time which was important. Be careful for the hidden fees… told me on the phone «worst case scenario» price …and the total was over that by 100 dollars. The install was very standard (nothing out of the ordinary) just tv mount and hide wires. The hidden costs are 40 dollars for him to drive to your home! You want me to bring the wall and TV to you? The other hidden cost is $ 85/​hr labor! Are you Kidding me! I understand what «skilled» labor is but come on! A more reasonable approach would be to drop the 40 dollar charge if the customer goes through with the project. After I brought up the high cost as what was quoted, Jay was completely unapologetic and seemed not to care one bit. Can definitely find a less expensive and honest service to hang your TV. The finished product is quality so if 85/​hr labor seems good to you… this is your guy.

Boulder Home Theater Company is a superior home theater service. jay made an appointment with me and came with 36 hours — he was knocking at my front door at the schedule time and had my home theater system fixed and running better than ever within 15 minutes. Jay did a great job installing my surround sound system. It looks tidy and sounds great. He also was able to inspect and explain to me how to use my pre-​exiting whole house music system. I, not only, could not make any sense of all the components but did not even think it worked. Many thanks!
