I would never recommend for anyone to live here. You are paying top dollar for a very rude management service. Unless you desire to live in an uptight and disrespectful community, don’t even bother. You’re treated so poorly, it’s honestly quite shocking. There are other places to live in Boulder which are just as nice and offer far better service.

There should be a way to rate(-) Property management is the worst I have ever dealt with. The leasing agents were great showing the property. But once the contract is sign it is no longer about making sure you are happy and comfortable. It is more about watching you in the corner to see if there is anything to pick on. Rules of community will change as they wish and usually to restrict life. Each time they persecuted us, I made sure to voice that I was not satisfied and was most of the time outraged at the way they handle service to tenants! We have paid $ 2400 for a studio for a year and never paid late. We have rarely(maybe 10times) used the community amenities throughout the year. We keep quiet and do not have parties. But see, I expressed how I felt they are picking and they harrass people for pleasure not necessity. They slack on keeping the property clean because it concerns them more to look at residents lives and every little move. Be aware that half the grounds are home owners so HOA is used quite often to justify their ways. But be no fool, leasing management is awful and however HOA could be, they have a choice to be nice. My experience with Lori was awful since the beginning but I chose to not let that bother me as longs as I was left alone. Well, we had a notice of non-renewal for no grounds at all. This is the proof that they are absolutely inconsiderate and discriminate. This is retaliation at its best because she could not handle the truth. I have always spoken and will continue to express that they are after your money and nothing else. I researched my legal rights. It is illegal for them to not renew for no reason but legally impossible to prove as they do not have to provide a reason to do so. I am sure a lawyer would be able to make them provide justifiable reasons but I have no time to do this, which is why people like Lori working for companies like Lincoln Properties can get away with abuse. Do not expect quality service or care. Unless you don’t care to be taken for a fool. But let’s face it, this is Boulder. A bubble where everybody probably waste their $$$ on appearances. We are happily moving to Denver.

I am an owner of a condo at the Peloton and wanted to address the quality of the buildings and the community center, since one other reviewer felt compelled to write a hit piece on the Peloton. I don’t know what her experience was, but she is way out of line to say that the units are not up to code and weren’t competently inspected. The City of Boulder is exacting about these things, as anyone who has ever built or(legally) rented out a property could tell you. She’s also out of line to say that the gym isn’t cleaned; we have a dedicated cleaning crew that cleans the gym and the rest of the community center daily. I’ve lived at the Peloton since 2008 and have never had a single problem with the construction of my unit, electrical, etc. or the quality of materials and appliances. The buildings are upscale construction with great noise-proofing, insulation, and finishes; we had NO problems during the big flood(not even the garage flooded); and the community center is beautiful. Things do occassionally break, and the HOA fixes them as quickly as they can, which would be the same for any condo complex. Things I especially love about the Peloton — the 24-hour gym, the rooftop pool and hottubs, our two amazing restaurants right in the complex(Pizzeria Basta and Naked Lunch), how dog-friendly it is, and our spacious, contemporary condo with high ceilings, huge closets, and an open floorplan. It’s a lovely community and I’d buy here again if I had to do it over.

The Lofts at the Peloton? The project is so poorly built it is frightening. Our apartment was rewired, and the electrical box was relocated. Most or all of the units were not built to code, and it is clear no one competent inspected the project. For 5 months, we had our power go out day and night, while they tried to fix the problem. the whole complex would go dark, short out, and come back. They put two diesel generators to power our apartment complex while they rewired the apartments or at least some of them. Months later, they gave up, and left us with the problem. The roof along Arapahoe tore off and they haven’t fixed it yet. The movie theater in the community center was destroyed, and for months, we had no amenities. The hot tubs are constantly being repaired, and no one cleans the gym, It is disgusting, and don’t touch the equipment. The HOA runs our community center, which is run down. They lied to us about yoga, pllates and spin classes. There are no classes. Our apartment manager says the HOA runs the pool and gym so we have to wait for them to fix things. They never fix anything. We hope there is no electrical fire from the horrible job building. We are greatly disappointed. Go elsewhere.

Very good experience choosing a loft today at the Lofts at Peloton. The leasing office(Regan in our case) does an especially good job in setting out ALL fees and expenses for move in, lease lengths, floor plans, lease amounts, parking and dog rules. We were not pressured to make a decision and there were no ‘smoking mirrors’ We visited several times before choosing our loft. This is our second time to live at The Peleton and we are looking forward to moving back. It’s a great place for all age groups and for responsible dog owners. After living onsite I will update this review but I expect it will be another good Peloton experience.

One of the most remarkable condominium developments in Boulder. With Boulder’s only 24,000 square foot community/activity center, which includes a private movie theater and rooftop pool. Oh yeah, and heated, underground secure parking.
