The Nail Studio

This is the best place in Boulder for Manicures and Pedicures. Clean, efficient, talented and always a pleasant and relaxing experience. No more ingrown toenails for me since I’ve been coming to the Nail Studio for pedicures and my polish lasts at least a month for every pedicure. Highly recommend!

I got my nails done here a few days ago, they were too busy for a walk in appointment so I booked to come back the next day. The lady on the counter must have been new as she was a bit confused as to what I wanted– a clean up with gel. And I ended up being booked in for a clean up only… but then when I said I wanted gel I got a full manicure. Anyway doesn’t really matter! The girl who did my nails was lovely, offered me tea and chatted with me, talked about some services they offer and talked about why I was visiting Boulder. She was very sweet. She did a great job of my nails and made sure I was happy with the length and shape before moving on to complete the rest of my nails. She was patient with me picking colours too. My only concern is after just a few days one of my nails has chipped already (and considering how short they are this surprises me!) I think the gel is very thin and that may be why. A shame but I’m sure something I could mention and it could be done a little thicker. Everything seemed very clean and tidy. A side note nothing against the business but some of their clientele obviously like to be the centre of attention they are loud and discuss their #firstworldproblems please give it a rest no one cares!

Seriously the best gel manicures I’ve ever gotten. Siswan and Dawn are both amazing & the manicures actually last 2 weeks+. I will keep coming here forever! Kara, the aesthetician, is also super amazing & does great facials and diamond dermabrasion. My skin & nails look amazing! Thank you all so much!

Kara and Siswan give amazing pedicures!!! I have a toenail that I’m insecure about and they totally put me at ease and encouraged me to come back! Very relaxing nice chairs to sit in too! They use nice copper bowls which are so nice (instead of the baths with the yucky filters!)

I just had the best facial of my life with Kara Garcia. OMG! Not only did she use great natural products and keep me informed along the way… she also massaged my neck, head, hands and feet! Without going into the details of my personal life right now… let’s just say I really needed this! Thanks, Kara. The therapy room has a really nice décor and the table is heated to your liking. I have also had a pedicure from Kara in the past and I must say that it lasted longer than any from the cheaper places. I am not sure why, but I would guess it has a lot to do with the products that they use.
An hour long facial is just $ 90 and well worth it! If you can go longer (I did), it is really worth the money. You deserve it!
Side Note:; Don’t let their Facebook page turn you away. If I had seen this before going in, I may never have gone. I am far from a beauty queen and would be afraid to go to at place that promoted this way. If you need an idea for your spouse/​friends … go see Kara!
