Trusted Source Invest

I would NEVER refer any of my friends, family, or even acquaintences do business with this «company.»
They are incompetent landlords and dont know how to properly manage or even write a proper lease. No matter how well you take care of your yard or clean your house after you leave they will do everything they can to steal your deposit! I had my mom, a professional cleaner for 10+ years, come in and clean the entire house and they have refused to return my deposit.
My roommate and I were sent an email of «eviction» 2 months before our lease ended for no apparent reason other than they wanted to sell the house and fix/​repair it. We knew we didnt have to leave until the 2 months but jumped at the opportunity to get out from living under a lease with this lady Nina Mattoon and her husband after several months of difficulties.
I believe they are irresponsible with their money and have likely run into financial difficulties and have turned to sketchy business practices to try and make up for whatever bad investment they have made (go figure considering the name of their business is «Trusted Source Investments.» I wouldnt trust them with my money for anything!
DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!
I dont know how many properties she owns but she claims to manage several of them so look out!
