Great except for an almost stereotypically grumpy older employee. The other staff were great. He was a know-it-all pain and I hope, a relative of Mr. Hank Napa himself(made-up person).

Seems when I grew up, I was taught that Napa had good parts… However, I have not found that to be true at all… I’ll start with my truck’s radiator… replaced it with one from Napa, that carries the«lifetime warranty» and it’s a good thing, as I seem to have to replace it every 12 months when it develops a leak at the seam… not so sure it’s actually«new.» Then there’s the windsheild wipers… that cracked and broke off in a downpour about 2 months after being installed… How about the distributor cap for my Ford’s 390 engine… had to almost be hammered into place, never worked properly and damaged the rotor… Finally…the alternator…(again, supposedly«new») yet has failed after just 13 months… I think I’ve learned my lesson now…

This place always has what I need and I can pick it up quickly. They’re happy to answer any questions I have, they don’t upsell and they let me do whatever little fix it I need to do, right there in their parking lot. They are conveniently located on Arapahoe near Foothills Pkwy.

Stopped in here yesterday for the first time ever. Pretty neat little place and the employees were friendly and helpful. Only thing is prices seemed higher than other towns with NAPA stores as they had BGMOA for $ 26 a can and I know I have paid a lot less than that at other NAPA stores. Overall I liked the place and would return again.
