The purchase of a home can sometimes be stressful. When looking for an inspector, the Brickkicker came highly recommended. Brad showed up early, was very thorough, answered all our questions, and encouraged us to follow him around so we could learn about our new home. The scheduling process was easy. They have an online process where the customer inputs their information and schedules their time. Another important feature of Dan and Brad is that they are licensed to inspect the for pests as well and that is included in the home inspection as well. Overall, we would recommend Brickkicker to any potential home buyer.

We have purchased and sold several homes. We have engaged inspectors and had inspectors come in to our home as a condition of sale. Never met this inspector as they were hired by our purchaser. We came home after his inspection to find our bathtub full of water, cupboard doors left open and a broken piece of plastic in our gas fireplace shutoff valve. Can’t really speak to his competency but if you want alienate your seller with a your inspector’s lack of professionalism, this is an excellent choice.
