Terrible experience. If you want something done in a timely manner, do not use this law firm. It too 14 months to get the divorce. In Nov. 2015, it was finally settled or so we thought. Child support and alimony were ordered. The husband (Plaintiff) refused to pay court ordered arrearage and awarded child support. There is a lot more than child support and alimony that is being ignored by Plaintiff. His wages needed to be garnished. Ms DeCesaris said she got the divorce and would move forward once a retainer was paid. That could not be afforded by Defendant since Plaintiff is now 8 months arrearage and counting. On 5÷31÷16 the order to have the Plaintiff’s wages garnished. On 6/​15, it was discovered that there was a gross error in that document. On 6/​16, a revision was filed. With trying to have Ms. DeCesaris removed as attorney, no response was received after 2 phone calls and 3 emails, no contact was made. There is so much more that happened, too. No removal, no garnishment, no payment of child support and alimony, and no arrearage.
