So when you are eating at a theme park you expect to pay a premium. I will hardly consider that factor here except for the fact that if your location is inside a theme park you should be at a slightly higher standard. Six Flags should be embarrassed of this establishment let alone Johnny Rockets management. Ironically there were signs posted on the wall stating the Johnny Rockets idea of cleanliness but I have seen cleaner car repair shops than this place. Sure it was 5:30 on a Sunday but it was still a busy park time. The place was empty though and that is apparently for a reason. The cashier who took our order didn’t know what drink options were available for kids meals. Overall the kids meals were fine mostly because it is all packaged food. I got the single patty junior burger which comes with fries and onion rings. I love onion rings so I love the idea. My food looked great and then we attempted to find a clean-ish table. For a place that advertises as made to order they were clearly assembling to order. My burger was dry and not from being over cooked but from sitting for a long time. The fries were old heat lamp crispy not fresh crispy. The onion rings tasted good but were old also and chewy which didn’t leave a good impression. The Oreo milkshake we received was actually pretty good and the guy who made it was helpful and considerate. He was the lone highlight in our dining experience. I will never visit that location again and I’m now hesitant to visit any other locations. I wish we had not gone there for dinner. Sometimes bad things happen in the restaurant business but this was beyond an innocent mistake or two.
