Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

Finally had to upgrade my suit collection and Joey at this location took great care of me. I ended up with two new suits as you can’t really pass on the second for $ 100. New ties and shirts to match so I am set for many years. My size is rather hard to fit, but they had enough great choices so I ended up happy with what was offered.
I don’t have to wear a suit often, but when I do I like it to be decent and fit well. Joey and the team at Men’s Wearhouse did me just fine. For me the prices are reasonable for the quality you get, easily equal to stores with fancier names and reputations. If you need a good suit at a good price with great service see Joey at this Men’s Wearhouse.
Note I am a middle aged business man working as a financial consultant that requires me to travel around the country. I am not as thin as I used to be and want a classic look. In my business clothing should be wallpaper so the business is the focus. I am sure Men’s Wearhouse can supply more outgoing styles than I chose, but I want to be clear to readers what I shopped for and what I am happy with.

Horrible service. Didn’t get correct vest and tie color for father of the bride. Pants didn’t fit. Bad measuring. Father of the bride couldn’t even dance, pants kept falling down. Very unhappy with the service. Will never rent a tuxedo there again. Rented from Annapolis Mall Store. They should of refunded the rental fee.

This store is large with plenty of clothes. But, it seems to have nothing exciting and ironically the selection was rather limited. I’ve seen the commercials and always thought, why would I want to come in here. Seem likes a cheesy used car ad. Looks like it was verified.

They have the same stock as at other Men’s Wearhouses, unfortunately their employees are unprofessional, they were too busy watching ESPN on the TV to answer questions or assist a paying customer.
You would be better served to go to the location in Crofton or Annapolis.

Overall the employees answered any questions and made sure your order was fulfilled correctly.

A HUGE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!
There is no level of customer service, or professionalism. I went to Mens Warehouse in Bowie with my brother looking for a tux, once I walked in no one greeted me. The three young ladies sat behind the counter and told me the tux we wanted was unavailable. At that time you would think one of the ladies sitting down would come from behind the counter to help find a tux similiar to what we wanted but instead they just pointed to a tux on the wall. When I stated I do not know what tux you are pointing at, NO ONE felt the need to moved but instead from their seat continued to point out a mystery tux on the wall. I walked out and went to Mens Warehouse in Woodmore where everyone was helpful. especially Charlton. I was available to find several options and reserved my brothers tux there. If you want assistance don’t waste your time with Bowie go directly to Woodmore and get customer service and quality.

My boyfriend and I, neither of whom know ANYTHING about buying men’s suits, went in here on a Saturday to look at suits, without our minds made up about anything. Melissa Goff approached us quickly and pleasantly, and was immediately able to help us. She took my boyfriend’s measurements (and remembered them all without having to write them down — impressive!) and, looking at his body type, pulled a jacket that fit him perfectly and looked great! We tried on another jacket, but it was too much of a slim fit, so the very first thing she pulled was spot on. She proceeded to help us with the suit, everything to go with it, a blazer, dress slacks, etc. She was a good salesperson without being at all pushy. She really knew her stuff, remembered both of our names, and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout what we feared would be a stressful process. I am a wedding planner, and not only have I already recommended her to all of my couples, but I will continue to recommend her to them and to my friends as well. As long as Melissa works there, this store has customers for life in us.

Save your time and do not go here. There are all women that work here under 21 and it seems no management. Poor customer service also!!!
